## 书名：《你当像鸟飞往你的山》 ## 作者：塔拉·韦斯特弗 *  ### 刚开始看这本书完全是由于各大书单都在推荐，书名也让我百思不得其解，读了好几遍，也没有读顺，直至我看完整本书，我才真正的明白了书名背后的意义。 ### 讲述了小女孩塔拉在成长的道路上不断的寻找自我，突破自我，完成蜕变的故事。 ### 她不断的与原生家庭所抗争，反反复复、犹豫不决、多少次都在中途想要回到那座大山，回到家人的身边。就这样，一次又一次的与自我进行拉扯，感受分离与重塑的痛苦。有很多次看她在正确的道路上折返，都忍不住想要呐喊出来“不要，不要回头。” ### 为了和家人在一起，她做了很多努力，不断的平衡现实与虚幻，最终始终无法欺骗自己，找到了最想成为的那个自己。 ### 这本书包含了太多东西，有宗教信仰，原生家庭，教育对人的改变。而最终，你当像鸟一样自由，飞往你的大山，此时你内心有坚定的自我。 ### 这是一本极具心灵力量的书，答应我，给它一点耐心，你会获益良多。 ### 人只相信自己的力量，而人力量微弱。 ### 我的内心有什么东西突然断裂，犹如大坝决堤一般。我感到摇摇欲坠，无法站稳。我想尖叫，但 ### 我们每个人都比别人讲述的故事中赋予我们的角色更复杂。在家庭中尤其如此。
