<div class="text-justify">Desde que tengo uso de razón me enseñaron que los domingos son para la familia, para compartir, un día de disfrute o descanso, pero no todo el tiempo es así, también son buenos para esas tareas en casa que durante la semana no tenemos tiempo y para adelantar las cosas para la semana, así que quería tener algo rico para la merienda del domingo, pero quería  dejarlo listo el sábado  para estar un poco más desocupada el domingo, además de que mi niña estaba cerca de la casa en un cumpleaños y necesitaba distraerme con algo, para relajarme y esperarla, y como ya era media tarde quería algo que fuera rápido y sin complicaciones.

 Así que me decidí por unos ricos panes dulces  que siempre vienen bien, además de que estarían frescos al siguiente día, y sería muy propicios a cualquier hora con un buen café con leche, es reconfortante y llena de energía para el inicio de una nueva semana, y más cuando le colocamos un rico centro de chocolate, aunque la verdad mis favoritos son los clásicos de azúcar, dorados, suaves y bañados con un sutil almíbar, les puedo garantizar que son muy deliciosos, cuando haces pan dulce, esta demás decir que su  olor mientras se hornea, sobresale por toda la casa y no pueden ser un secreto.

Este pan dulce lo hice con una masa brioche, que aprendí hace algunos años en un curso que realicé en una escuela de oficio de mi ciudad, y realmente me fue de mucha utilidad, es una masa dulce, suave y muy esponjosa, rica en mantequilla , leche y huevos que le dan esa textura y sabor inigualable, con este tipo de masa realmente podemos hacer muchísimas variaciones y ser creativos porque es muy versátil, podemos rellenarlos, con pasas, frutos secos y hasta dulce de leche entre otros, así como hacerlo en forma de trenza o un roscón con crema pastelera, y un sin fin de opciones que solo una masa como esta podría permitirnos. Vamos ahora con esta receta de hoy que les aseguro les encantara.

<center><h1>**Masa Pan Dulce**</h1></center>

 Tendremos un molde de 22 cm, previamente engrasado.
<br>
 En un bol colocamos la harina previamente tamizada en forma de volcán, y agregamos el azúcar y la leche en polvo.

 Luego colocamos, la margarina, el agua tibia con la esencia y por último la levadura, si es de nuestro gusto podemos colocarle una pizca de sal. y vamos integrando todos los ingredientes, coloco la levadura directa por que es instantánea. A parte del agua todos los ingredientes deberían estar a temperatura ambiente.

Pasamos nuestra masa para la mesa de trabajo y continuamos amasando hasta que tengamos una masa lisa, que no se nos pegue de las manos, si está muy pegajosa podemos agregar un poco de harina, si por lo contrario está muy seca le colocamos un poquito de agua tibia. Pasamos al bol enharinamos un poco antes de colocarlo para que no se nos pegue la masa, tapamos y colocamos en un sitio donde no este expuesto a la luz, y lo dejamos por 30 minutos o hasta que doble su tamaño.

A continuación, después de transcurrido este tiempo, pesaremos la masa y la dividiremos en partes iguales en mi caso mi masa peso 500 gramos y la dividí en 10 porciones de 50 gramos cada una. Procedemos a estirar cada porción con el rodillo o los dedos y colocamos nuestro relleno, cerramos con las yemas de los dedos como haciendo una especie de bolita, boleamos y vamos colocando en nuestra bandeja.

Ahora con un cuchillo filoso, una hojilla o una tijera realizaremos un corte en la parte superficial de nuestro pan, haciendo como una especie de cruz donde quedara a la vista nuestro relleno, tapamos y dejamos que doblen su volumen.

Transcurrido este tiempo los meteremos al horno por aproximadamente 20 minutos a 180º o hasta que estén dorados por todos lados, podemos barnizarlos con un poco de margarina para que doren de forma más pareja.

Colocamos en una olla el agua, y el azúcar y dejamos cocinar hasta que se haga un almíbar ligero, apagamos cuando saquemos nuestros panes del horno aun calientes con una brocha, dispensador o una cucharilla le agregamos nuestro almíbar, esta le dará dulzura y brillo.
