Saludos a todos los amantes de las manualidades, el día de ayer vi una publicación espectacular de @dayadam y gracias a ella me enteré del [concurso](https://peakd.com/hive-189641/@diyhub/diyhub-monthly-contest-teapot-in-collaboration-with-discovery-it) con temática de Tetera de la comunidad DiyHub , no quería perder la oportunidad de participar así que de inmediato me puse a trabajar, logrando combinar la técnica de amigurumi a crochet y el bordado de punto de cruz  hice una Tetera con un girasol, aunque las horas parecían transcurrir muy rápidamente puse todo mi esfuerzo y creo que terminé el proyecto en un tiempo récord 😅 así que estoy feliz de poder compartir con ustedes el resultado. Greetings to all craft lovers, yesterday I saw a spectacular post from @dayadam and thanks to it I found out about the Teapot-themed [contest](https://peakd.com/hive-189641/@diyhub/diyhub-monthly-contest-teapot-in-collaboration-with-discovery-it) from the DiyHub community, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to participate so I immediately got to work, managing to combine the crochet amigurumi technique and cross stitch embroidery, I made a Teapot with a sunflower, although the hours seemed to go by very quickly I put all my effort and I think I finished the project in record time 😅 so I'm here happy to be able to share with you the result. I invite @yetsimar @alizmarpaola to participate

Con hilo blanco hacer 8 puntos bajos en un anillo. Hacer 8 aumentos por dos hileras. Hacer 24 puntos bajos.

Tomando solo la parte de atrás hacer una hilera de 8 aumentos.  Luego hacer otra hilera de 8 aumentos. Hacer 40 puntos bajos.

Hacer  8 aumentos por dos hileras. Tomando solo la parte frontal hacer 56 puntos deslizados con hilo azul. Luego tomando solo la parte de atrás de la hilera anterior hacer 56 puntos bajos con hilo blanco. Hacer 9 hileras de puntos bajos.

Tomando solo la parte frontal hacer 57 puntos deslizados con hilo azul. Tomando solo el lado de atrás de la hilera anterior hacer 56 puntos bajos con hilo blanco.  Hacer 4 disminuciones por cinco hileras para obtener 36 puntadas. 

Tomando solo el lado frontal hacer 36 puntos deslizados con hilo azul. Tomando solo el lado de atrás de la hilera anterior hacer 36 puntos bajos con hilo blanco. 

Para el borde hacer 1 punto deslizado,  saltar 1 , 4 puntos altos juntos, saltar 1. Repetir 9 veces.

With white yarn make 8 single crochets in a ring. Make 8 increases for two rows. Make 24 single crochets.

Taking only the back part make a row of 8 increases. Then make another row of 8 increases. Make 40 single crochet.

Make 8 increases for two rows. Taking only the front part make 56 slip stitches with blue thread. Then, taking only the back of the previous row, make 56 single crochet with white thread. Make 9 rows of single crochet.

Taking only the front part make 57 slip stitches with blue thread. Taking only the back side of the previous row, make 56 single crochets with white thread. Decrease 4 times for five rows to get 36 stitches.

Taking only the front side make 36 slip stitches with blue thread. Taking only the back side of the previous row, make 36 single crochets with white thread.

For the edge make 1 slip stitch, skip 1, double crochet 4 together, skip 1. Repeat 9 times.

Para la base con hilo azul, retomar los puntadas de la hilera 4,  hacer 3 puntos bajos y 1 aumento por seis veces. Luego hacer 30 puntos bajos. Cerrar con punto deslizado y esconder la hebra.

Con hilo marrón bordar en punto de cruz el centro de la flor,  luego los pétalos  con amarillo y las ramas verdes.

For the base with blue thread, resume the stitches of row 4, make 3 single crochets and 1 increase six times. Then make 30 single crochet. Close with slip stitch and hide the yarn over.

Para la tapa con hilo azul hacer 6 puntos bajos en una anillo. En la siguiente hilera hacer 6 aumentos pero agregando el hilo blanco para que sean 2 puntos azules y 1  blanco repetidamente.

En la segunda hilera hacer 8 aumentos para que sean 3 azules y 2 blancos repetidamente. 

En la tercera hilera hacer 4 aumentos para que sean 4 azules y 2 blancos repetidamente. 

En la cuarta hilera hacer aumentos para que sean 6 azules y 2 blancos repetidamente. 

En la quinta hilera hacer 4 aumentos pero esta vez son 5 azules y 4 blancos repetidamente. Finalizar con una hilera de 36 puntos bajos con hilo blanco.

Con hilo blanco hacer 8 puntos en una anillo, hacer dos hileras de 8 puntos bajos. Hacer una hilera de 2 disminuciones,  terminar con punto deslizado y dejar una hebra larga para coser arriba de la tapa, rellenar y coser.

Rellenar la Tetera y coser la tapa.

Fill the Teapot and sew the lid.

Para la boquilla de la Tetera, con hilo blanco hacer 8 puntos bajos en un anillo, tomando solo la parte de atrás hacer 8 puntos deslizados, tomando sólo la parte de atrás hacer 8 puntos bajos, en la siguiente hilera hacer 2 disminuciones. 

Hacer dos hileras de 6 puntos bajos, alternar una hilera para hacer la curva y una hilera de 2 aumentos,  hasta obtener 12 puntadas. Luego hacer dos hileras de 3 aumentos para obtener 18 puntadas. Cerrar con punto deslizado y dejar una hebra larga para coser.  Rellenar y coser a la Tetera.

A mi me encantó el resultado,  me recuerda mucho a las vasijas de peltre que tradicionalmente son pintadas con motivos florales y que forman parte de la cultura tradicional de mi país.
