La tranquilidad es uno de los sentimientos más necesarios en la vida, tener esos momentos en donde se pueda disfrutar de la total ausencia de perturbación nos permite desarrollarnos a plenitud en cualquier ámbito de la vida, no todo el mundo alcanza fácilmente la tranquilidad, muchos incluyéndome vamos por la vida de manera agitada, atendiendo a los problemas externos con tanto esfuerzo que en consecuencia la perturbación viene de adentro , olvidamos perdonarnos por los errores y nos reprimimos cuando vemos que no alcanzamos los sueños ni resolvemos  los problemas del día a día con éxito.

><div class="text-justify">Tranquility is one of the most necessary feelings in life, having those moments where you can enjoy the total absence of disturbance allows us to fully develop in any area of life, not everyone easily achieves tranquility, many including me we go through life in a hectic way, attending to external problems with so much effort that consequently the disturbance comes from within, we forget to forgive ourselves for mistakes and we repress ourselves when we see that we do not achieve dreams or solve day-to-day problems successfully .

Sin embargo, debemos buscar las herramientas necesarias para alcanzar nuestra tranquilidad,  creo que  el mejor ejemplo lo tenemos en la naturaleza, donde los animales que viven en grupos coexisten de forma armónica y donde las perturbaciones a la tranquilidad son casi nulas, porque todo forma parte del equilibrio natural, por eso una de la formas de encontrar tranquilidad es rodearnos de personas que no nos perturben,  que sus ideales, intenciones y principios sean armónicos con los nuestros, donde la relaciones se basen en el respeto y la reciprocidad, no siempre los miembros de la familia dan esa tranquilidad, pero cuando es así es una gran ventaja, por otro lado, toda persona debería ser capaz de alejar a todas las personas que le quitan la tranquilidad, empezar a formar relaciones laborales, de amistad y de compañerismo que ayuden a sentirse tranquilo.

Cuando uno llega a encontrar de forma asertiva a los amigos y logra tener una ocupación que le guste en un ambiente sano además que en el hogar se tenga armonía , entonces puede tener esos placenteros momentos de tranquilidad, donde podría descansar rodeado de las personas importantes en su vida sin él menor temor y con la sensación de estar seguro porque se encuentra descansando bajo la sonbra de la tranquilidad.

Con nuestras acciones y decisiones de vida podemos sembrar la semilla de la tranquilidad, que poco a poco irá creciendo, cuando nuestra tranquilidad se haya convertido en un gran árbol, con fuertes raíces que lo mantengan firme en el suelo y con frondosas hojas que nos den sombra, podemos ser nosotros los que aportemos esa tranquilidad a los seres queridos, invitarlos a descansar  bajo la sombra de nuestro árbol.
