<liketuimages> <center>        </center> </liketuimages> Napa Valley is an amazing place. It's very famous because there are many famous wineries. Many visitors from around the world came to visit Northern California, and they would like to go there for wine tasting. As a local resident, living an hour driving distance, I would like to go there once awhile, doing some shopping, eating in the good restaurants in Napa Downtown, then wine tasting. This weekend is a long weekend, Monday is a holiday, so I went there with my hubby for a day trip. I told him that we had not had a date for so long because of raising the kids. Now the kids are growing up, why didn't we make it a fantasy day as we dated before married. I already wrote a blog of Downtown Napa, so this one I just posted wineries experience. After eating, I told hubby that I wanted to visit Yao Ming winery. He was a most famous Chinese NBA basketball player, and he had a winery and his own brand red wines in Napa Valley. I checked the GPS. Yao Ming's winery was kind of far away from Napa Downtown, like 25 minutes drive. I thought that place must be gorgeous, Yao's winery, a super famous person owned it, but so disappointed after got there. It was like a typical old building,long time not taking care, even the sign removed Yao's Family but still kept Vine Star. Seeing through the window, the inside was kind of empty with some chairs and tables. But the restaurant next to it had a lot of customers, that's a famous place! We stopped by a very beautiful winery place on the way back - Opus One. This place I went there couple times with friends and families. It was considered the one of most famous places in Napa even the world. There's a guy carried a box of wines walked to his car with his family. he made a joke and asked who wanted to buy this , $200, but inside sold for $325. Everyone was laughing. We stayed little bit only because they closed at 3pm. At the time we drove out the winery, the gate was closed, only open for driving out. It's as gorgeous as before except the grapes had not been budding, but should be soon! It was a great dating experience again with my love one. It's not easy maintaining a relationship having this feeling as already together for twenty years. I told him that I wanted to go more places as these.
