Hola amigas de la comunidad #ladiiesofhive, quiero sumarme al reto 218. Reflexioné sobre mi vida durante el año 2024 y los retos a enfrentar en el 2025. Y pensé que soy una mujer que ha vivido la mitad de un siglo, no sé si estoy a mitad de mi vida, solo sé que me ha servido para evolucionar en correspondencia con mis procesos y posibilidades.
Hay patrones heredados de la familia, otros adquiridos de la sociedad y otros factores naturales con los que nacemos y todo ello componen el ser que somos. Este año que recién termina fue vital para el entendimiento de mi personalidad.

Soy una persona tímida, nacida en el seno de una familia de una pequeña ciudad de campo, en la que nunca se habló de arte, no hubo lecturas ni referentes artísticos. 
Mi formación en el mundo del arte requirió el doble de esfuerzo y fui sumando a la familia a mi universo, lo que constituyó para ello la integración a un panorama enriquecedor.

Creí que sería imposible hablar en público, la ansiedad me dominaba, manifestada por miedo escénico y la hiperhidrosis palmar que me acompaña desde niña. No podía explicar ni los proyectos generados por mi. Si se fijan traigo un pañuelo en la mano, él siempre me acompaña.

Me propuse romper con esas barreras, asumí la docencia como un modo de interactuar con públicos; presentar las exposiciones que curé; realizar conferencias sobre los temas que investigo y exponer mis criterios en espacios de reunión social. 
La hiperhidrosis nunca me abandona, es una afección genética que se estimula con la ansiedad, pero si pude modificar mi comportamiento. Para ello realicé varios ejercicios como enviar mensajes de voz, hablando pausado de modo que la palabra estuviera en correspondencia con mi pensamiento.

Prescindí de textos escritos porque el apoyo visual debía ser suficiente para desarrollar un tema que antes había investigado. 
Varias veces me dije: si otros pueden, yo puedo; solo tengo que referirme a lo que vi, a lo mismo que soy capaz de reflejar en un texto. Y así vencí ese terrible temor a hablar en público, pude entonces realizar conferencias, presentarme a la televisión, asistir a programas de radio e impartir clases en la universidad.

Otro de los esquemas negativos instalados en mi mente era respecto a la carencia de habilidades manuales, una vez más la hiperhidrosis me imponía nuevos retos. ¿Cómo hacer algunas manualidades si las manos transpiran?. 
También me dije, si otros lo hacen yo puedo, debía poner mis manos en correspondencia con el cerebro y aquellos hermosos detalles para regalo que pasaban por mi mente podían materializarse.

Me propuse adornar los productos del emprendimiento desarrollado por mis amigas y yo, llamado ***Papaya & Banana***, destinado a la producción cosmética. Luego incursioné en la confección de velas con estéticas similares.

Así comencé a decorar con fibras naturales, textil, papel y otros accesorios lo que duplicaba el valor estético y monetario del producto. La mayor satisfacción fue ver los agradecimientos de los clientes en redes sociales, palabras de elogios y fotos en la tienda.

A la par me inicié en la venta de arte en plataforma digital lo que me exigió dominio de la tecnología, aspectos relacionados con la comercialización del arte en el mundo y planificación del tiempo que incluye la atención del hogar, investigaciones, relaciones sociales y la escritura, mi mayor pasión.

Todo ello ha marcado la determinación personal, el saber hacer para lograr sueños e independencia. Muchas mujeres han despertado sus habilidades animadas por mis experiencias, las cuento con el orgullo de contribuir al empoderamiento  de otras mujeres.

Attracted by the initiative of @ladiesoffivecomunity constest 218, I reflected on my life during the year 2024 and the challenges to face in 2025. And I thought I am a woman who has lived half a century, I don't know if I am halfway through my life, I only know that it has helped me evolve in accordance with my processes and possibilities. 
There are patterns inherited from the family, others acquired from society and other natural factors with which we are born and all of this makes up the being we are. This year that has just ended was vital for understanding my personality.

I am a shy person, born into a family in a conutry side villaje, where art was never talked about, there were no readings or artistic references. 
My training in the art world required double the effort and I added the family to my universe, which constituted integration into an enriching panorama.

I thought it would be impossible to speak in public, anxiety dominated me, manifested by stage fright and the palmar hyperhidrosis that has accompanied me since I was a child. I couldn't even explain the projects generated by me. If you notice, I have a handkerchief in my hand, he always accompanies me.

I set out to break those barriers, I assumed teaching as a way of interacting with audiences; present the exhibitions I curated; hold conferences on the topics I research and present my criteria in social gathering spaces. 
Hyperhidrosis never leaves me, it is a genetic condition that is stimulated by anxiety, but I was able to modify my behavior. To do this, I did several exercises such as sending voice messages, speaking slowly so that the word corresponded with my thoughts.

Several times I told myself: if others can, I can; I only have to refer to what I saw, to what I am able to reflect in a text. And so I overcame that terrible fear of speaking in public, I was then able to give conferences, appear on television, attend radio programs and teach classes at the university.

Another of the negative schemes installed in my mind was regarding the lack of manual skills; once again, hyperhidrosis imposed new challenges on me. How to do some crafts if your hands sweat? 
I also told myself, if others do it, I can do it, I had to put my hands in correspondence with the brain and those beautiful gift details that passed through my mind could materialize.
