On the side of the house we have a large collection of Fragrant Plaintain Lillies, or Hostas.

These flowers smell almost exactly like jasmine.  I picked a collection of flowers and put on on a tray to dry.  It has made the home smell amazing today!

Because these plants are completely edible, we're considering using the dried flowers as an addition to our tea, making it (sort of) "Jasmine" tea.  Once we try it out, we'll see how it tastes.
