<h1>Submit or You Could Die</h1>
In an article about a youth pastor who died from complications of the virus, his senior pastor advises everyone to "listen" to elected officials (a nice word for politicians) and health officials for the common good. Overlook the soft language and see what he's really saying:
>“They need to listen to both our elected and health officials that are giving us advice and not to ignore this,” Still said. “It is serious, and God would want us to respect authority and respect those who ask something of us. We need to do that for the common good of the entire community."

<h1>Does God Always Want Us To Be Subject to Higher Powers?</h1>
The passage that I think we are going to hear a lot of in the coming days, weeks and months is Romans chapter 13.
>Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to [execute] wrath upon him that doeth evil. Wherefore [ye] must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. Romans 13
Is Paul is instructing his readers to be afraid of all power and authorities and those who resist shall receive damnation? There's more to this.
<h1>The Revelation of Yeshua to John</h1>
The idea of submitting to all higher authorities seems contrary to the prophecies given to John of Patmos:
>And the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed, and he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13
Read these backwards: no man may buy or sell save he had the "number of his (own) name", or the "name of the beast" or "the mark of the beast's name".
*The key word here is "or"*
Everyone (righteous and unrighteous alike) will have one or more of these - but not ALL of these. Only one option doesn't involve worshiping the beast or his image. The number of his (own) name.
<h1>The Number of His (Own) Name: Your Identification Number</h1>
I've always read this as "the number of the Beast's Name", but that's not what it says. It says "the number of his name". *Small and great, rich and poor, free and bond*... that no *man* might buy or sell save that he had the... number of his name. What is it called when you have a number for your name? Identification.
All people cannot buy or sell unless they have the "number of his (own) name" or an identification number.
Literally translated, it says: "or the number of the name of himself".
In the United States, we already have an identification number: it's called a social security number. Technically, it's not supposed to identify you, but it does. Everyone in the US has an identification number for their own name, address, phone number, drivers license number, passport id, real id, on and on.
*This number has been established for your name.*
A time is coming when some sort of personal identification number (PIN) will be require for all buying and selling. It could be said that we're already there. In the coming months we will require a "real id" to travel outside of the country.
<h1>As Many Who Would NOT Worship the Beast</h1>
The second beast (false prophet) causes EVERYONE to receive the number of his (own) name, an identity number. There are no exceptions. Every citizen of every nation has already accepted the number of his (own) name.
*Is accepting an identification number a form of worship?*
No! Accepting or receiving a number for your name is not worship... but it's the first step towards worship. The Beast may be able to take your body (flesh), and your possessions (mammon). But that's not enough for him.
He wants your WORSHIP. It doesn't belong to him, he can't have it.
>And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship YHVH thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve. Luke 4:8
Believers have given up their flesh and live according to the spirit. Not serving mammon, but serving the will of the Living God.
<h1>The Faithful Already Have a Name and a Mark From a Higher Authority</h1>
Those who worship the false prophet are those who deny the true Prophet, the Son of God Messiah Yeshua. If we have the NAME of God upon us, we cannot receive the name of the (second) Beast.
>And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them. Numbers 6:27
Those who are faithful in the Faith of Yeshua, with the Torah of God in their minds and actions, they already have the sign (mark) of YHVH placed on their hands and on their foreheads (between their eyes) because the Torah (Law) is in their mouths and they do it.
>And you will come to have this as a sign on your hand and as a reminder between your eyes: that the Law of YHVH may be in your mouth. Exodus 13:9
It is impossible to receive the mark of the beast if we already have the mark of the Most High God.
<h1>But The False Prophet Deceived Them</h1>
The false prophet will have two horns like a lamb, perform lying signs and wonders and many will go after him. This is the anti-christ, false messiah that will be recognized by his fruits. He will speak like a dragon.
>And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Revelation 12:9
What did the dragon (that old serpent) say to Eve in the Garden?
>Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which YHVH God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? ... And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be like god, knowing good and evil. Genesis 3
<h1>The Law Written in Their Hearts</h1>
God has given us the Torah, that we may understand good and evil.... yet the dragon, that old serpent, is telling us that we can know good and evil for ourselves. We can be our own God with our own law or philosophy. Satan has deceived the nations (and Israel) that we may be a law unto ourselves and that morality is relative. There is no universal standard of righteousness.
>For when the Gentiles which have not the Law, do by nature the things contained in the law [written in their hearts], these, [Gentiles] having not the Law, are a law unto themselves. Which shew *the work of the law written in their hearts.* Romans 2:14-15
This is the message of the second beast when he "speaks like a dragon". He says "You shall not surely die." and "You can be like the Most High" and "follow your heart" and "let your conscience be your guide". (I bet you didn't know that jiminy cricket was a Satanist)
>And the beast was taken, and with him the [second beast] false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the [second] beast, and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Revelation 19
John records in his vision that the second beast was the one who deceived (tricked) the people who received the mark and deceived the people to worshipped his image, therefore the Beast and the false prophet (second beast) were BOTH cast alive into the lake of fire.
>And [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands. Revelation 20
The souls who reign with Christ are spared from the second death. Not because the rejected the identification number and was unable to buy or sell - EVERYONE has an identification number of some sort. They are resurrected to life because these souls would not worship the image of the beast (false prophet).
>Thou shalt not bow down thyself to [graven images], nor serve them: for I YHVH thy God is a jealous God Exodus 20:5
They chose death over betraying the Most High God. The Torah is in their mouths and they do it, even unto death.
>that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed
These are the ones who are justified before the Most High:
>The doers of the Law [of God] shall be justified. Romans 2:13
<h1>Avoiding Persecution</h1>
If we are following the law of our own hearts, we will sin against the Most High to avoid persecution. If we do this, we will find ourselves among those who have fallen from grace:
>Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law, Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law [unto yourselves]; ye are fallen from grace.... As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. For neither they themselves who are circumcising [you] keep the Law [of God]; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. Galatians 5:2-4, 6:12-13
Likewise, those idolaters who worship the image of the beast to avoid persecution have no place in the Kingdom of Heaven:
>But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8
<h1>The Mark of His Name and the Wrath of God</h1>
A number to buy or sell is one thing, but the mark is something else entirely. It's a symbol of worship. Once a believer receives the mark of the name of the beast, they have completely forsaken the living God, creator of the Heavens and earth. This is religious, not financial. This is worship of a false god and image which brings upon a person the wrath of the Most High God.
>And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelation 14
All of this may seem fantastic and not directly conforming to reality... but we are watching things happen VERY quickly.
<h1>We Are Watching This is Becoming Reality Before Our Very Eyes</h1>
With the New Pandemic World Order, we are seeing a push to mark those with "disease risk" (read unvaccinated) and to legalize "discrimination" to keep everyone safe and restore our social pleasures.

The article ["We're Not Going Back to Normal"](https://www.technologyreview.com/s/615370/coronavirus-pandemic-social-distancing-18-months/) by Gideon Lichfield from March 17th 2020 gives us a glimpse into this "new normal", that begins with universal identification (chip), universal healthcare (mandatory vaccines), universal income (Digital Money) and likely a new universal religion.
>We don’t know exactly what this new future looks like, of course. But one can imagine a world in which, to get on a flight, perhaps you’ll have to be signed up to a service that tracks your movements via your phone. The airline wouldn’t be able to see where you’d gone, but it would get an alert if you’d been close to known infected people or disease hot spots. There’d be similar requirements at the entrance to large venues, government buildings, or public transport hubs. There would be temperature scanners everywhere, and your workplace might demand you wear a monitor that tracks your temperature or other vital signs. Where nightclubs ask for proof of age, in future they might ask for proof of immunity—an identity card or some kind of digital verification via your phone, showing you’ve already recovered from or been vaccinated against the latest virus strains.
He continues:
>"The intrusive surveillance will be considered a small price to pay for the basic freedom to be with other people."
<h1>It All Begins with Tracking, Identification and Vaccinations</h1>
Were do you think we are in this timeline? How far away are we from each receiving our own "number of his (own) name"? What must the faithful do when the pressure comes to worship the image? Will we bow? Or will we be thrown into the flaming furnace?
>He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Revelation 21:7
