Hablar o escribir sobre HIVE es una tentación irresistible, es como sentarse a tomar un café con un grupo de amigos. 

Todos los que hacemos vida aquí, en este  gran ecosistema,  hemos sido impactados de forma positiva, por eso siempre tendremos algo que compartir sobre nuestro día a día en esta bella casa. De allí que es de agradecer iniciativas como [esta]( https://hive.blog/hive-148441/@brujita18/hive-mi-iniciativa-esp-eng) de la amiga @brujita18, a la que llego por la gentil [invitación]( https://hive.blog/hive-189306/@cetb2008/iniciativa-para-hablar-de-hive-initiativa-to-talk-about-hive-esp-eng) de mi amigo @cetb2008.  El tema es responder unas preguntas sobre nuestra experiencia en HIVE. Comento las mías… 

#### ¿Qué ha significado para ti, llegar a HIVE?<br></br><br></br>

La forma más sencilla y directa de responder a esta pregunta es diciendo que HIVE transformó mi vida. Y no es algo que diga en sentido metafórico, no,  es literal, tal como suena, desde que estoy en HIVE mi vida cambió, y cambió para bien.

Antes de HIVE vivía en una gran incertidumbre, me había jubilado, y no eran muy buenas  mis opciones para mantenerme activo en algo útil. Además, por problemas relacionados con la dinámica del país donde vivo, mi familia comenzó a desintegrarse; casi todos mis hijos y mis nietas se fueron al exterior. De modo que a la primera incertidumbre sobre el aspecto laboral y financiero, se sumó el tema de la soledad, una situación capaz de ponerle los nervios de punta a cualquiera.

Llegar a HIVE me cayó como anillo al dedo, justo en el momento en que más lo necesitaba. Gracias a mi actividad, acá en la plataforma,  logré que desapareciera esa  pesadumbre que me amenazaba y me hacía pasar muy malos ratos. En HIVE encontré la forma de hacer cosas útiles, rentables y en compañía de personas muy valiosas;  sin duda alguna la mejor fórmula para mantener a raya el fantasma de la soledad.

#### ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de HIVE?<br></br><br></br>

Lo primero es su gente. Cada día cuando entro a HIVE tengo la gran oportunidad de compartir con gente amable, talentosa, solidaria…HIVE es un gran oasis donde se puede pasar mucho tiempo en grata compañía.

También está el asunto del desarrollo personal. Acá en HIVE hay muchas posibilidades para explorar nuestras capacidades, para incursionar en nuevas áreas donde quizá por temor, falta de tiempo, de estímulo o de acompañamiento, no nos habíamos atrevido antes. Estoy seguro que muchos de nosotros hemos descubierto acá talentos que no sabíamos que estaban allí latentes, esperando el momento adecuado para emerger y sorprendernos.

Un asunto no menos importante para mí es tener un espacio donde me pueda expresar con libertad. Las personas que como yo hemos vivido mucho tiempo en una dictadura siempre echamos de menos los espacios donde se pueda dar una opinión o plantear alguna idea, sin que ello signifique ser sancionado. Un sitio como HIVE siempre será garantía de libertad para el pensamiento.

#### ¿Qué es lo que más te emociona en HIVE?<br></br><br></br>

HIVE es un gran espacio emocional. Diría que todas sus actividades nos mantienen a la expectativa. El solo hecho de decidir qué publicar es algo realmente emocionante. Algo que me entretiene sobremanera es elegir, entre tantas posibilidades, cuál va a ser el tema del día.

Otro asunto que me emociona mucho es esperar los comentarios, saber qué opinan los amigos sobre lo que uno ha publicado. Entiendo que a veces la dinámica no permite a los hivers hacer muchos comentarios, pero casi siempre cae alguno, y da mucha satisfacción cuando alguien deja conocer su opinión. Igual pasa cuando uno comenta, estar pendiente de la respuesta del amigo siempre causa emoción.

Y también causa mucha emoción saber si nuestra publicación recibirá algunas recompensas. Por todas esas cosas es que mencionaba al comienzo que HIVE es un gran espacio emocional.

#### ¿Qué sientes cuando por cualquier motivo no puedes publicar?<br></br><br></br>

Las personas de mi país saben que muchas veces publicar se convierte en toda una odisea. El mal funcionamiento  de los servicios públicos es demasiado grave, y es algo que no podemos controlar de ningún modo. Nunca podemos saber cuándo tendremos electricidad o conexión a internet, vivimos en una eterna lotería.

Sentir que no se puede hacer la publicación por las causas arriba mencionadas genera una gran frustración, más cuando uno ya ha cultivado el hábito y necesita plasmar en la publicación lo que ha venido pensando. 

Con tantas trabas muchos de nosotros tienen que afinar el ingenio para mantener la periodicidad de sus publicaciones. A mí, por ejemplo, me afecta mucho la calidad del internet, más de una vez me toca ir con mi pendrive donde un amigo o conocido para poder subir la publicación del día. Es algo que a veces desanima pero que no detiene esa necesidad de publicar las ideas que nos inquietan.

Como siempre he disfrutado mucho dando respuesta a la iniciativa, gracias a @brujita18 por crearla y a @cetb2008 por la invitación. Para darle continuidad invito a la amiga @damarysvibra.

The topic is to answer some questions about our HIVE experience. I'll comment on mine... 

#### What has it meant for you to come to HIVE?<br></br><br></br>

The simplest and most direct way to answer this question is to say that HIVE transformed my life. And it is not something I say in a metaphorical sense, no, it is literal, just as it sounds, since I have been in HIVE my life has changed, and it has changed for the better.

Before HIVE I lived in great uncertainty, I had retired, and my options to stay active in something useful were not very good. Also, because of problems related to the dynamics of the country where I live, my family started to disintegrate; almost all my children and granddaughters went abroad. So, in addition to the first uncertainty about the labor and financial aspect, there was the issue of loneliness, a situation capable of getting on anyone's nerves.

Arriving at HIVE came just at the moment I needed it the most. Thanks to my activity, here on the platform, I managed to get rid of that gloom that threatened me and made me have a very bad time. In HIVE I found the way to do useful and profitable things in the company of very valuable people; without a doubt the best formula to keep the ghost of loneliness at bay.

#### What do you like most about HIVE?<br></br><br></br>

The first thing is the people. Every day when I enter HIVE I have the great opportunity to share with kind, talented, supportive people...HIVE is a great oasis where you can spend a lot of time in pleasant company.

There is also the matter of personal development. Here at HIVE there are many possibilities to explore our capabilities, to venture into new areas where perhaps due to fear, lack of time, encouragement or accompaniment, we had not dared before. I am sure that many of us have discovered talents here that we did not know were lying dormant, waiting for the right moment to emerge and surprise us.

A no less important matter for me is to have a space where I can express myself freely. People like me who have lived for a long time in a dictatorship always miss the spaces where you can give an opinion or raise any idea, without being sanctioned. A site like HIVE will always be a guarantee of freedom of thought.

#### What excites you most about HIVE?<br></br><br></br>

HIVE is a great emotional space. I would say that all of its activities keep us on our toes. Just deciding what to publish is really exciting. Something that really entertains me is choosing, among so many possibilities, what is going to be the topic of the day.

Another thing that excites me a lot is waiting for the comments, to know what my friends think about what I have published. I understand that sometimes the dynamics do not allow hivers to make many comments, but almost always there is one, and it is very satisfying when someone lets their opinion be known. The same happens when one comments, being aware of the friend's response always causes excitement.

And it also causes a lot of excitement to know if our publication will receive some rewards. For all these reasons I mentioned at the beginning that HIVE is a great emotional space.

#### What do you feel when for whatever reason you can't publish?<br></br><br></br>

People in my country know that many times publishing becomes an odyssey. The malfunctioning of utilities is too serious, and it is something we can't control in any way. We can never know when we will have electricity or internet connection, we live in an eternal lottery.

Feeling that you can't publish because of the causes mentioned above generates great frustration, especially when you have already cultivated the habit and need to capture in the publication what you have been thinking. 

With so many obstacles, many of us have to sharpen our wits to maintain the periodicity of our publications. For me, for example, the quality of the internet affects me a lot, more than once I have to go with my pendrive to a friend or acquaintance to be able to upload the publication of the day. It is something that sometimes discourages but does not stop the need to publish the ideas that concern us.
