Me complace compartir unas fotografías tomadas antes de empezar mi entrenamiento del día de hoy. Últimamente he estado marcando Front Lever y Stradle hasta que se cansen mis músculos, ésto lo hago para ganar más resistencia en estos estáticos y marco el Tuck de Stradle lo máximo posible ya que este ejercicio es importante para corregir la postura y mantenerlo durante más tiempo.</div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Greetings to the #Hive and #SWC community. I am pleased to share some photographs taken before starting my training today.
