El movimiento se completa cuando se vuelve a la posición inicial de Fondo Koreano.* *Este movimiento es un desafío para el tren superior, ya que requiere de fuerza, potencia y coordinación. Los músculos principales involucrados son los bíceps, los antebrazos, los deltoides y el pectoral.* *Para realizar el Hefesto correctamente, se deben seguir los siguientes pasos:* >**1. The movement is completed when you return to the initial Korean Bottom position.* *This movement is a challenge for the upper body, since it requires strength, power and coordination.
