Hello my dear friends of this beautiful community. This week the challenge that @hivediy brings us is making things out of cardboard, the kind we always have at home. Today I share with you this beautiful and practical liner / pad to have our phone in use when our hands are full.

I got the idea from YouTube, from the Kmix channel, but they make this case for a tablet, I have been needing something for a long time to support my phone and protect it a bit. So I decided to adapt it to my phone.

1 pizza box (cardboard)

The first thing we have to know is the size of our phone. With the ruler we take the measurement of the width by the length.

To this measure we add 2 centimeters from each side. Since all phones are different in size, I made a rectangle that measures 25 x 19.5, which is the measurement for my cell phone.

The 25 x 19.5 cardboard will be the outer cover of our phone holder, which we will measure 12 centimeters from right to left and mark with a pencil. Then we mark 12 centimeters from left to right and mark, then we make two lines from end to end thus making the spine of the lining of the phone holder.

We will also need 3 cardboard rectangles of 12 x 19.5 centimeters, these three cardboard will be cut to the size of the phone, marking the entire edge of our cell phone and cut out.

We glue together the 3 12 x 19.5 cm cardboard with the hot glue gun. These 3 cards will make a kind of support for the phone since the cell phone must fit without force. We round all the corners of the cardboard and in the part of the spine.

To make the fold in the cover that will hold the phone, we take the cardboard that measures 25 x 19.5 centimeters and in the right cover we take the measurement and divide in half. From the middle we go up 4.5 centimeters and from the middle down we mark 4.5 centimeters and join with a line. We join the top line with the upper end of the spine, and the bottom line we join with the bottom end of the spine, thus making a trapezoid. We cut only the lines that meet the spine, and we fold the line that was left to the right edge.

Now we only have to stick the block of 3 cardboard that we joined with hot silicone to the lid that we have just cut, only 3 of its sides are glued, the bottom side does not stick so that it has mobility and can fold the cardboard to be the base holding the phone. Now we decorate as we like, I lined it with a plastic that looks like a cloth so that if it gets wet it can dry.

We put two pieces of magic closure for when we want to close the lining of the phone.

Hola mis queridos amigos manualistas de esta hermosa comunidad. Esta semana el reto que nos traen desde @hivediy es la elaboración de cosas con cartón, de ese que siempre tenemos en nuestra casa. Hoy les comparto este hermoso y práctico forro/paral para tener nuestro teléfono en uso cuando tenemos las manos ocupadas.

La idea la tomé de YouTube, del canal de Kmix, pero ellos hacen este case para una tablet, yo desde hace tiempo estaba necesitando algo para apoyar mi teléfono y que lo protegiera un poco. Así que decidí adaptarlo a mi teléfono.

Materiales:

1 caja de pizza (cartón)
cutter
regla
tijeras
pistola de silicón
silicón
1 trozos de cierre mágico

Lo primero que tenemos que saber es la medida de nuestro teléfono. Con la regla tomamos la medida del ancho por el largo.

A esta medida le agregamos 2 centímetros de cada lado. Como todos los teléfonos son diferentes en tamaño, yo realicé un rectángulo que mide 25 x 19.5 que es la medida para mi celular.

El cartón de 25 x 19.5 será la tapa externa de nuestro porta teléfono, al cual mediremos 12 centímetros de derecha a izquierda y marcamos con lápiz. Luego marcamos 12 centímetros de izquierda a derecha y marcamos, luego hacemos dos líneas de extremo a extremo haciendo así el lomo del forro del porta teléfono.

También necesitaremos 3 rectángulos de cartón de 12 x 19.5 centímetros, estos tres cartones irán cortados con la medida del teléfono, marcando todo el borde de nuestro celular y recortamos.

Pegamos entre sí los 3 cartones de 12 x 19.5 centímetros con la pistola de silicón caliente. Estos 3 cartones harán una especie de soporte para el teléfono ya que dentro debe calzar sin fuerza el celular.  Redondeamos todas las esquinas de los cartones y en la parte del lomo.

Para hacer el doblez en la tapa que sujetará al teléfono, tomamos el cartón que mide 25 x 19.5 centímetros y en la tapa derecha tomamos la medida y dividimos a la mitad. De la mitad subimos 4.5 centímetros y de la mitad hacia abajo marcamos 4.5 centímetros y unimos con una línea. La línea de arriba la unimos con el extremo de arriba del lomo, y la línea de abajo la unimos con el extremo de abajo del lomo haciendo así un trapecio. Cortamos solo las líneas que se unen con el lomo, y doblamos la línea que quedó hacia el borde derecho.

Ahora solo queda pegar el bloque de 3 cartones que unimos con silicón caliente a la tapa que acabamos de recortar, solo se pegan 3 de sus lados, el lado de abajo no se pega para que tenga movilidad y pueda doblar el cartón para ser la base de sujeción del teléfono. Ahora decoramos como nos guste, yo lo forré de un plástico que parece una tela para que si se moja se pueda secar.

Colocamos dos trocitos de cierre mágico para cuendo querramos cerrar el forro del teléfono.
