I hope you are well and that you had a great weekend, today I am very excited to share with you another one of my favorite Disney animated movies of a lifetime and no matter how many times I watch it, I never get bored! This is Disney's 1991 "Beauty & the Beast", which features the voices of Paige O'Hara, Robby Benson, Terry Orbach, David Ogden Stiers and Angela Lansbury in the main voice cast. Without further ado, let's get started!</div></p>

Espero se encuentren bien y que hayan pasado un gran fin de semana, hoy estoy muy emocionada de compartir con ustedes otra de mis películas favoritas animadas de Disney de toda una vida y no importa cuantas veces la vea, ¡nunca me aburre!. Se trata de "La Bella & La Bestia" de 1991 de Disney, la cual cuenta con las voces de Paige O'Hara, Robby Benson, Terry Orbach, David Ogden Stiers y Angela Lansbury en el elenco de voces principal. <h1>Plot / Trama</h1>
<p><div class="text-justify">One stormy night, a sorceress disguised as a beggar asking for an inn in exchange for a rose, arrives at the castle of an arrogant and selfish Prince who denies it, so she reveals her true identity and enchants him, turning him into a hideous Beast and he turns all the servants in the castle into household objects. The sorceress tells him that he must learn to love and be loved before the last petal of the rose falls or he will be a beast forever. In a nearby town lives Belle, the daughter of an inventor and book lover who dreams of a life of adventure. She is constantly courted by the egomaniac Gastón but she subtly rejects him, much to his annoyance. One day, Belle's father goes on a trip to a fair to show one of his inventions, but he gets lost and ends up in the Beast's castle, so he goes in looking for refuge and is well attended by the house staff, but then the Beast appears and imprisons him for trespassing. Maurice's horse, Belle's father, arrives home alone, so Belle worries and ventures out in search of her father.</div></p>
><p><div class="text-justify">Una noche de tormenta, una hechicera disfrazada de pordiosera pidiendo posada a cambio de una rosa, llega al castillo de un Príncipe arrogante y egoísta el cual se la niega, así que ella revela su verdadera identidad y lo hechiza, convirtiéndolo en una espantosa Bestia y a todos los sirvientes del castillo los convierte en objetos domésticos. La hechicera le dice que debe aprender a amar y a ser amado antes de que caiga el último pétalo de la rosa o será una bestia para siempre. En un pueblo cercano vive Bella, la hija de un inventor y amante de los libros que sueña con una vida de aventuras. Ella es cortejada constantemente por el ególatra Gastón pero ella sutilmente lo rechaza, provocando la molestia de él. Un día el padre de Bella sale de viaje a una feria a mostrar uno de sus inventos, pero se pierde y termina en el castillo de la Bestia, por lo que entra buscando refugio y es bien atendido por el personal de la casa pero, luego aparece la Bestia y lo encarcela por allanamiento. El caballo de Maurice el padre de Bella llega solo a casa, por lo que Bella se preocupa y se aventura en búsqueda de su padre.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">When Belle arrives at the castle, she finds her father locked in a dungeon and tries to free him, but is surprised by the Beast. The Beast agrees to release Maurice but on the condition that Belle stays prisoner, she agrees so her father is immediately released and returns home alone. Although at first she was very scared, Belle makes friends with the objects of the castle, Cogsworth the clock, Lùmiere the chandelier, Mrs. Potts the teapot, her son Chip the little cup. That night after eating, Belle out of curiosity goes to explore the west wing which is prohibited in which she gets the rose, and when she is about to touch it she is surprised by the Beast who, full of anger, scares Bella who decides to run away. terrified of the castle, but on the way she is surprised by a pack of wolves which begin to attack her but she is defended by the Beast. After defeating the wolves, Belle decides to return to the castle with him, since she was injured from the fight. As time passes, Belle and the Beast get to know each other better and become friends, everyone in the castle hopes that Belle will be the one to break the spell. Belle and the Beast begin to fall in love.</div></p>

La Bestia accede a liberar a Maurice pero con la condición de que Bella se qede como prisionera, ella acepta por lo que su padre es inmediatamente liberado y regresa solo a casa. Aunque al principio estaba muy asustada, Bella se hace amiga de los objetos del castillo, Ding Dong el reloj, Lùmiere el candelabro, La Sra Potts la tetera su hijo Chip la tacita. Esa noche luego de comer, Bella por curiosidad va a explorar el ala oeste la cual está prohibida en la cual consigue la rosa, y cuando está a punto de tocarla es sorprendida por la Bestia la cual llena de ira asusta a Bella la cual decide huir despavorida del castillo, pero en el camino es sorprendida por una manada de lobos los cuales empiezan a atacarla pero es defendida por la Bestia. Luego de vencer a los lobos Bella decide volver al castillo con él, ya que quedó herido por la lucha. A medida que pasa el tiempo Bella y la Bestia se van conociendo mejor y se hacen amigos, todos en el castillo tienen la esperanza de que Bella sea la que rompa el hechizo. Bella y la Bestia comienzan a enamorarse.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">Maurice arrives in town and tells them everything that happened but no one in town believes him, Gastón hatches a plan to force Belle to marry him by bribing a psychiatrist to put Maurice in an asylum but by the time they look for him, Maurice leaves. he had gone looking for Belle by himself. Everyone prepares a romantic dance for Beauty and the Beast but after the dance, Belle tells her that she would like to see her father again, even for a moment, so the Beast shows her a magic mirror where she can see him, but when she sees him he realizes that he is alone in the forest and despairs. The Beast who had fallen deeply in love with her, decides to free her so that she can go find her father, giving her the mirror as a souvenir so that she could see it whenever she wanted, Belle thanks him for his kindness and runs off to find and help her father. Once back at they house, the townspeople decide to send Maurice to the asylum but Belle proves that her father is not crazy by showing the Beast through the looking glass. Gaston, realizing that Belle falls in love the Beast, becomes jealous and decides to convince the villagers to go attack the Beast, but before he locks Belle and her father in the basement, but Chip, who had arrived with Belle as a stowaway frees them using the machine Maurice invented. Once free, Belle decides to go defend the Beast.</div></p>
><p><div class="text-justify">Maurice, llega al pueblo y les cuenta todo lo ocurrido pero nadie en el pueblo le cree, Gastón trama un plan para obligar a Bella a casarse con él sobornando a un psiquiatra para ingresar a Maurice en un manicomio pero para cuando lo buscan, Maurice se había ido a buscar a Bella el sólo. Todos preparan un baile romántico para Bella y la Bestia pero luego del baile, Bella le dice que quisiera volver a ver a su padre aunque sea por un instante así que la Bestia le enseña un espejo mágico en dónde lo podrá ver, pero cuando lo ve se da cuenta de que está sólo en el bosque y se desespera. La Bestia que se había enamorado profundamente de ella, decide liberarla para que vaya a buscar a su padre dándole el espejo como un recuerdo para que ella pudiese verlo cuando quisiera, Bella le agradece su bondad y sale corriendo a buscar y auxiliar a su padre. Una vez de vuelta en su casa, la gente del pueblo decide dmandar a Maurice al manicomio pero Bella demuestra que su padre no está loco mostrando a la Bestia a través del espejo. Gastón al darse cuenta de que Bella ama a la Bestia, se pone celoso y decide convencer a los aldeanos para que vayan a atacar a la Bestia, pero antes encierra a Bella y a su padre en el sótano, pero Chip que había llegado con Bella como un polizón los libera usando la máquina que inventó Maurice. Una vez libre, Bella decide ir a defender a la Bestia.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">When the villagers arrive at the castle they are attacked by the staff who manage to defend the castle, but during the fight Gastón sneaks away to look for the Beast. When he finds her, he begins to attack him but the Beast is too depressed to defend himself, but when he hears Belle's voice he manages to defend himself and almost kills Gaston but decides to spare his life, when Belle and the Beast meet Gaston fatally stabs the Beast, but then he loses his balance so he falls into the void and dies. The Beast also dies in Belle's arms minutes before the last petal of the rose falls, but Belle tells him not to leave her because she really loves him, so the spell is broken and the Beast revives, but this time he recovers his human form. In front of Bella, who upon seeing him kisses him, the servants also recover their human form and the castle ceases to be a gloomy place, recovering its true appearance. The film ends with a ball being held at the Castle, ...and they lived happily ever after.</div></p>
><p><div class="text-justify">Cuando los aldeanos llegan al castillo son atacados por el personal los cuales logran defender el castillo, pero mientras dura la pelea Gastón se escabulle para buscar a la Bestia. Cuando la encuentra empieza a atacarlo pero la Bestia está muy deprimido como para defenderse, pero cuando escucha la voz de Bella logra defenderse y casi mata a Gastón pero decide perdonarle la vida, cuando Bella y Bestia se reúnen Gastón apuñala fatalmente a la Bestia, pero luego pierde el equilibrio por lo que cae al vacío y muere. La Bestia también muere en brazos de Bella minutos antes de que caiga el último pétalo de la rosa pero, Bella le clama que no la deje porque realmente lo ama por lo que el hechizo se rompe y la Bestia revive pero esta vez recupera su forma humana frente a Bella, quien al verlo lo besa, los sirvientes también recuperan su forma humana y el castillo deja de ser un lugar lúgubre recobrando su verdadera apariencia. La pelicula termina con la celebración de un baile organizado en el Castillo, ...y vivieron felices para siempre.</div></p>

<h1>My Opinion / Mi Opinión</h1>
<p><div class="text-justify">This is one of my favorite Disney Princess movies, I remember I saw it when I was about 7 years old and I was really fascinated, my dad gave it to me on VHS in its English version when I was learning the language so I watched it a lot to try to understand the dialogues. I really liked the work in general of all the dubbing actors, especially that of Paige O'Hara as Belle and Angela Lansbury as Mrs. Potts, who sings the song "Beauty and the Beast" in the movie. I would also say that the animation is really outstanding and I really like the photography and the design of the environment of the movie, as well as the color palette used. It's really a great work of art and the story is really beautiful, it's based on the short story rewritten and published by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont but whose original author is Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve but with several changes.</div></p>
><p><div class="text-justify">Esta es de mis películas de Princesas Disney favoritas, recuerdo que la ví como a los 7 años más o menos y quedé realmente fascinada, mi papá me la regaló en VHS en su versión en inglés cuando estaba aprendiendo el idioma por lo que la veía mucho para intentar entender los diálogos. El trabajo en general de todos los actores de doblaje me gustó mucho, en especial el de Paige O'Hara como Bella y Angela Lansbury como la Sra Potts la cual, canta en la película la canción "Bella y Bestia son". También diría que la animación es realmente excepcional y me gustan mucho la fotografía y el diseño del ambiente de la película, así como la paleta de colores utilizada. Es realmente una gran obra de arte y la historia es realmente hermosa, está basada en el cuento reescrito y publicado por Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont pero cuya autora original es Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve pero con varios cambios. </div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">My favorite character is Bella since I identify a lot with her, since just as I am a lover of literature and books, I also really like her personality and her design is really beautiful, although the first time I saw her at first I didn't I really liked the Beast because it seemed evil to me, then I liked to see its sensitive and kind side. I like that in the movie the Beast changed her arrogant and cruel personality when she falls in love with Belle and starts to be kinder and kinder, since it's really cute when love changes people for the better. The characters of the castle staff are also really beautiful and the viewer can empathize with them immediately, I would say that I became very fond of Chip and Mrs Potts as she has a rather sweet and motherly personality and chip has a cheerful and childish personality which I find really cute. On the other hand, Lùmiere and Cogsworth make me laugh because even though they argue a lot and disagree, they really fratermize like brothers, their personalities are really opposite and I still like that they get along very well.</div></p>
><p><div class="text-justify">Mi personaje favorito es Bella ya que me identifico mucho con ella, ya que así como yo es amante de la literatura y los libros, también me gusta mucho su personalidad y su diseño es realmente hermoso, aunque la primera vez que la ví al principio no simpatizaba mucho la Bestia porque me parecía malvada, luego me gustó ver su lado sensible y bondadoso. Me gusta que en la película la Bestia cambió su personalidad arrogante y cruel cuando se enamora de Bella y empieza a ser más amable y bondadoso, ya que es realmente lindo cuando el amor cambia para bien a las personas. Los personajes del personal del castillo también son realmente hermosos y el espectador logra empatizar con ellos de inmediato, diría que me encariñé mucho con Chip y la Sra Potts ya que ella tiene una personalidad bastante dulce y maternal, y chip tiene una personalidad alegre e infantil que me parece realmente adorable. Por otro lado, Lùmiere y Ding Dong me dan mucha risa ya que a pesar de que discuten mucho y se llevan la contraria realmente fratermizan como hermanos, sus personalidades son realmente opuestas y aún así me gusta que se lleven muy bien.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">The soundtrack is what I like the most about the movie, not only is the score beautiful and it works perfectly with the movie, but I also like many songs, especially the opening song, Beauty & The Beast, Something There and Be Our Guest. I really liked the way Angela Lansbury sang for the ballroom scene, her voice is really beautiful and when I listen to her, I really feel like she was telling a story. Angela is one of my favorite actresses and her death really saddened me, but I am grateful that she has provided her voice for such a memorable character as Mrs. Potts. This movie also has 2 more movies released by Disney called "Belle's Magical World" and "Beauty & The Beast: An Enchanted Christmas" which I also quite like, especially the Christmas one which I hope to see around this time. It also has a live action remake starring Emma Watson and Dan Stevens, which is also beautiful and is one of the few live actions that I really liked. Going back to the soundtrack, I would say that I also loved listening to a duet version of "Beauty & The Beast" sung by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson, I really loved hearing Celine who has a beautiful voice singing this song which is one of my favorite Disney songs.</div></p>
><p><div class="text-justify">El soundtrack es lo que más me gusta de la película, no solamente es score es hermoso y funciona a la perfección con la película sino también muchas canciones me gustan, en especial la inicial, Beauty & The Beast, Something There y Be Our Guest. Realmente me gustó la manera en la que Angela Lansbury cantó para la escena del baile de salón, su voz es realmente hermosa y cuando la escucho, realmente siento que estuviese contando una historia. Angela es de mis actrices favoritas y de verdad me dió tristeza su fallecimiento pero agradezco que su haya prestado su voz para un personaje tan memorable como lo es la Sra Potts. Esta película también cuenta con 2 películas más lanzadas por Disney llamadas "Belle's Magical World" y "Beauty & The Beast: A Enchanted Christmas" las cuales también me gustan bastante, en especial la de Navidad la cual espero ver en esta época. También cuenta con un remake live action protagonizado por Emma Watson y Dan Stevens la cual también es hermosa y es de los pocos live actions que realmente me han gustado.Volviendo al soundtrack, diría que también me encantó escuchar una versión a dúo de "Beauty & The Beast" cantada por Celine Dion y Peabo Bryson, realmente me encantó escuchar a Celine la cual tiene una hermosa voz cantando esta canción que es una de mis preferidas de Disney.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">To conclude, I would say that it is one of the most beautiful films that Disney has ever released, the story is beautiful, the development of the characters is quite good and the music is memorable, it also has good sequels and a really beautiful remake. I would like to recommend this movie to everyone who has not seen it yet, it is ideal to enjoy individually or as a family, I assure you that you will not regret watching it. It is truly an unforgettable classic from Walt Disney Pictures.</div></p>
