Great explanation! Just one thing, at 4:08 you're saying that the smart contract after 2 years would send money to a person, that is not possible in Ethereum at least, the person would need to execute a function in the smart contract, ie. withdrawFunds() or similar.

Its pretty huge i guess... Smart contracts are self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement between buyer and seller being directly written into lines of code. The code and the agreements contained therein exist across a distributed, decentralized blockchain network.
