Good afternoon Hivers!

How many times have you thought: "Why don't my posts or articles achieve the desired success?" or "Why are so many posts in this community edited but mine are not?"

I have, I admit, often asked myself these questions and pondered for a long time in search of answers. The answers, however, are not as difficult as they seem.

Today I want to share with you my thoughts on how to get noticed in a community and how to work to ensure that one's work pays off over time.

Let's start by doing some basic thinking: why do we write on Hive?

The answer should be simple: because we like writing, we like Hive, and we like the idea of earning something from what we write.

Often the answer is not that, well if you only think about writing for pure profit, I can tell you in advance that you are not going anywhere.

To write on Hive is to believe in Hive, so just write. Everything that comes after that will be gold that you can use to your advantage (better if you use it to build your Hive Power).

Before writing in a particular community, it would be interesting to understand how the community you plan to write in works. So the first thing to do is to study the community, read its guidelines, hang out, read other people's posts, establish contact with the people who post there. Secondly, you can think about what you are going to write, staying in line with the main themes of the community you have chosen, but you still have to be original and not copy other users. A piece of advice I give to everyone, and first and foremost to myself, is to avoid writing about a topic that you do not know about just because it is a trend at the time. The result would be to go and write a lot of trite and rehashed and maybe even wrong nonsense just because you have seen that talking about HBD on average gives more rewards. Avoid this.

Once you understand the mechanism of a community, you can go and study its hashtags. Inserting the right tags within your article is one of the winning moves that will get you noticed.

What happens when we start writing?
Easy: our articles are unlikely to get major rewards. It has certainly happened to everyone, myself included.

The secret is to be consistent. Have you written an article that paid you 20 cents? Great! Write another one!

You wrote an article a day for 10 days without receiving any big upvotes? Great! Keep writing and talking about what you want, what you want to talk about, what you are interested in. Hive is not all about immediate gain, in fact in most cases immediate gain is almost impossible to achieve.

I know, you may be asking yourself: "But those users always write on this community and are rewarded well, why not me?" 

The answer is simple: those users have built their base just like we have to build ours! There are users who have been here for 5 or 6 years and who daily write, comment, read and build their own base and network.

This is what we aim for.

Let's choose communities that interest us and try to be consistent with publications, let's not get down on the first bad post. If we did that we would never achieve anything and Hive will not be our big opportunity.

Do you want Hive to be your big opportunity? Work hard. It doesn't matter if you write a post a day for a month and achieve nothing, next month write a post a day for 30 days plus 1 post and you will have done more than the previous month!

Always believe.

This is our big opportunity, let's not throw it away. Let's work hard to get noticed, produce quality content and stick to the guidelines. Upvotes don't fall from the sky, you yourself should analyse and read a post before voting for it. Others do too, especially those who have enough HP to give us lavish rewards.

Buon pomeriggio Hivers!

Quante volte avete pensato: " perchè i miei post o i miei articoli non raggiungono il successo sperato?" oppure " Perchè in questa community molti post vengono curati ma i miei no?"

Io, lo ammetto, mi sono posto spesso queste domande ed ho riflettuto a lungo alla ricerca di risposte. Ma le risposte, però, non sono così difficili come sembrano.

Oggi voglio illustrarvi i miei pensieri su come farsi notare in una community e su come lavorare per far si che il proprio lavora venga con il tempo ripagato.

Iniziamo con il fare una riflessione di base: perchè scriviamo su Hive?

La risposta dovrebbe essere semplice: perchè ci piace scrivere, ci piace Hive, e ci piace l'idea di guadagnare qualcosa da quello che scriviamo.

Spesso la risposta non è questa, beh se pensate solo a scrivere per il puro guadagno vi anticipo che non andrete da nessuna parte.

Scrivere su Hive vuol dire credere in Hive, perciò scrivete e basta. Tutto quello che verrà dopo sarà oro colato che potrete sfruttare a vostro vantaggio ( meglio se lo sfruttate per costruire il vostro Hive Power).

Prima di scrivere in una particolare community sarebbe interessante capire come funziona la community in cui pensate di scrivere. Quindi la prima cosa da fare è studiare la community, leggerne le linee guida, frequentarla, leggere i post altrui, stabilire un contatto con le persone che vi pubblicano. In secondo luogo potrete pensare a cosa andare a scrivere, restando in linea con le tematiche principali della community che avete scelto, ma dovete comunque essere originali e non copiare gli altri utenti. Un consiglio che do a tutti e in primis a me stesso è quello di evitare di scrivere di un argomento che non si conosce soltanto perchè in quel momento è un trend. Il risultato sarebbe quello di andare a scrivere una marea di stupidaggini trite e ritrite e magari anche sbagliate soltanto perchè avete visto che parlare di HBD in media da più ricompense. Evitate questo.

Una volta capito il meccanismo di una community, potrete andarne a studiare gli hashtag. Inserire i giusti tag all'interno del proprio articolo è una delle mosse vincenti che vi porteranno ad essere notati.

Cosa succede quando iniziamo a scrivere?
Facile: difficilmente i nostri articoli avranno delle rewards importanti. Di certo è capitato a tutti, me compreso.

Il segreto è quello di essere costanti. Avete scritto un articolo che vi ha pagato 20 cents? Benissimo! Scrivetene un altro!

Avete scritto un articolo al giorno per 10 giorni senza ricevere grandi upvote? Benissimo! Continuate a scrivere e a parlare di ciò che voi volete, di quello che volete parlare, di quello che vi interessa. Hive non è solo guadagno immediato, anzi nella maggior parte dei casi il guadagno immediato è quasi impossibile da raggiungere.

Lo so, vi starete chiedendo: " Ma quegli utenti scrivono sempre su questa community e sono ricompensati bene, perchè io no?" 

La risposta è semplice: quegli utenti hanno costruito la loro base proprio come noi dobbiamo costruire la nostra! Ci sono utenti che sono qui da 5 o 6 anni e che giornalmente scrivono, commentano, leggono e creano la propria base e la propria rete.

Questo è quello a cui puntiamo.

Scegliamo delle community che ci interessano e cerchiamo di essere costanti con le pubblicazioni, non buttiamoci giù al primo post andato male. Se facessimo così non raggiungeremmo mai niente ed Hive non sarà la nostra grande opportunità.

Tu vuoi che Hive sia la tua grande opportunità? Lavora sodo. Non importa se scrivi un post al giorno per un mese e non ottieni nulla, il prossimo mese scrivi un post al giorno per 30 giorni più 1 post e tu avrai fatto più del mese precedente!

Crederci sempre.

Questa è la nostra grande opportunità, non buttiamola. Lavoriamo sodo per farci notare, produciamo contenuti di qualità e stiamo attenti alle linee guida. Gli upvote non piovono dal cielo, tu stesso prima di votare un post dovresti analizzarlo e leggerlo. Anche gli altri lo fanno, soprattutto chi ha tanto HP da poterci dare ricompense sontuose.
