Modern society has become so dependent on computers and the Internet. These are just some of the symptoms, but if you notice yourself or your child at least one symptom, you should think about how to get rid of Internet addiction.
It is necessary to determine the degree of Internet addiction, and then take action. How strong this dependence is can be determined independently, but it is better to turn to a psychologist. Also, if you see that you spend a lot of time on the Internet and it does not have a positive impact on your life, then you should get rid of this habit, especially if it also affects the health and well-being.

In order to get rid of Internet addiction you need to learn how to organize your day and your time. Spend more time with your friends, go to visit, meet in public places or on vacation, expand your social circle in real life. Find a job you like and do it more often. Limit the time you spend on your computer on the Internet, spend less time on social networks, games, forums and other services.
