# What to please yourself

Gray weekday, rain outside the window or just not in the mood, I want something, but do not know what. Maybe you're just tired and think of something to please yourself, but nothing comes to mind, then this article is for you. 

- Sleep. And what if today you lie down a couple of hours earlier than usual and arrange a great vacation for yourself and your body?

- Chocolate. A great way to lift your mood and make you feel good.

- Order a pizza. Often the food satisfies our needs, especially in the modern world, when a person is used to cope with stress with the help of food. Do this time and yourself nice, order a delicious pizza and enjoy its taste.

- Family holiday. Spend the whole day with your family, have a picnic or an unforgettable walk in the woods.

- Go visit. You got bored, then go to visit friends, offer to arrange a themed party where you can laugh heartily and relax.

- Watching movies. Arrange an evening of comedies or TV series, devote this day to watching your favorite TV shows, relax.

Many people in the modern world make a big mistake, they forget about themselves and do not even try to please themselves and do something nice for themselves. Of course, if you regularly go to the same work every day, especially if it brings nothing but fatigue, oppression and income, then apathy will soon begin. 

You need to love and appreciate yourself, often indulge, do for yourself pleasant things. Try to observe yourself during the week and record everything that caused you positive emotions, which made you happy and happier. 

If you feel that you have a bad mood, that you are tired of everything and you do not want to do anything, you do not need to continue to dive into this state and feed it even more. Find the strength and ability to lift your mood and think about what to please yourself. 

You should enjoy life, enjoy every moment, live here and now. Take care of yourself and love, and then the people around you simply will not allow sadness to settle in your eyes, and a beautiful smile came off your face.
