https://motivation-life.ru/uploads/posts/2015-08/1439826355_kak-natrenirovat-pamyat.jpg Absolutely everyone sooner or later faces the problem of memory deterioration. Nothing terrible in this, but no one will be pleased when one day a person does not remember the phone number, which he remembered throughout his conscious life. Or for some reason he forgot, it seemed that he was lying dead in his memory. The most important thing is not to get upset, and do self-development. You should understand that this problem is quite solvable, you just need to put a little effort. Probably, everyone has heard that the brain, like any other muscle of the body can be pumped, that is, to train or develop. For "pumping" the brain there are a large number of ways, which, incidentally, is quite simple, and to cope with them can absolutely everyone. If you perform them regularly, you will be able in a short period of time to regain the ability to remember, and, importantly, remember. And most important, you will not need to take any stimulating brain activity of drugs. # First, you should unload your brain. After all, according to popular wisdom, before filling the vessel to the brim, it must first be completely emptied. Never mind any sort of reminder (to call my brother, navigate classmate). Such knowledge is superfluous and therefore it is necessary to get rid of it as soon as possible. The fact is that clogging his head with such trifles, a person quickly gets tired, and in addition there are no free cells in the brain for more important and meaningful information. And another thing, if this "extra" information enters the brain periodically and lingers there for a long time, it simply displaces what really needs to be remembered forever. In order to clear the "cells" of the brain from unnecessary information and that in the future they do not clutter acquire a diary in which to write down all the information of this kind. During the day, look into your notebook, and do the necessary things as they come. You can take notes and hang them on the wall or on the refrigerator, preferably in places that most often fall into your field of vision. Believe me, if you look at this message a couple of times, you will not forget to do what is written there. When you are waiting for a grueling preparation for the performance, do not try to learn by heart and even more serrate. Do yourself a few key messages, and build upon them lead the conversation. Believe me, memory can be restored at any age, most importantly, do not sit idly by and complain about fate, and take and train it.

Having bad memory has several reasons. One is ‘mental busyness’. If you are mentally engaged, you will not focus on what is happening around you, and so you forget; secondly, multi-tasking also affects memory. Thirdly, as you age, your memory deteriorates, and finally, memory system of the brain can also be affected with injury. Memory can be improved if it is caused by mental busyness or multi-tasking, both somewhat related. You need to focus on what you are doing, or when you are meeting with someone. Focus on their name, face, on the topic of your conversation, and it will help.

Veru wise advice. Basically if one can regular exercise their brain, be it solving mathematical problems or playing chess, then a mind can be kept healthy.
