Greetings beautiful friends on Hive. I trust your day was splendid and productive. Welcome to my blog.🤝 

So today I onboarded a new person and friend on the Hive Blockchain community @smartteacher.  In my previous post here I shared how my promotion of the SpendHBD project with her went. Today I helped her set up her account. First of all I asked her to sign into Hive Blog using chrome browser, asked her to download the keychain app, upon downloading it I assisted her to activate it.  After the activation she logged into her account. I also asked her to download the Ecency app and then assisted her on how to activate the app and write a post using the app.

Upon downloading and activating the necessary Apps I guided her to write her introduction post on the SpendHBD community, emphasizing on the importance of keeping her private keys private and secured to avoid loss or access to third parties6. After writing the post I assisted and guided her through voice calls on how she could  post it. The post has been posted here in the community. It was indeed a very long call with her today to ensure she's guided right to avoid making costly mistakes that could have been avoided.

 So friends, that's how my onboarding and mentorship session with our new member today went. It's 9:42 pm already, I've had a long day and need to retire to bed now.
