The most sad thing as rule maintainer
As one of the HTTPS-Everywhere project contributor, one of the most sad thing is that:

I created rules to enable sites to https forcely, yesterday.

He removes the cert for hosts today.

I dug pit, crying to fill.

I [created](https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/pull/12981) apprcn.com.xml to work with [UpgradeMixedContentBlacklist](https://github.com/ivysrono/UpgradeMixedContentBlacklist) one month ago.

I [disabled](https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/pull/13629) it myself by just one line:
