There's a current uproar in Twitter by which many are complaining, as they seemed afraid as Metro Manila will be downgraded to General Community Quarantine, which means lighter restrictions in the region. People might be concerned on the possibility of more contact to the virus because more people will go outdoors. 

They have a valid point, though I just don't trust many people posting on Twitter because those accounts complaining doesn't show their real pictures, and I cna considerably say "dummy accounts". Remember, when quarantine was imposed, there are many accounts expressed their anger and complains on Twitter too. I don't know but I feel like some PR companies are being paid to create such trends. 

#### Coronavirus cases
The global number of cases is rising now getting close to 6 million. The current number is 5.8 million, which included 360k fatalities, and 2.4 million recoveries. Surge has also gone up in United States now at 1.758 million, including 102k deaths, and more than 378k recoveries. 

Philippines had a huge surge, and the total of cases is now at 15,558. The number of fatalities is already 921, and recovered cases is 3,598. There's no new casss in Pangasinan but PUIs and PUMs remain high.  

### GCQ Extension in Our Province
Our province will remain at General Community Quarantine until the middle of June. That's the Inter-Agency Task Force or IATF has recently announced. The City of Dagupan though would be under Modified GCQ. Dagupan may be in Pangasinan, but it is independent from the local government of the province.

So for now, all we can do is comply because it's for the good of many. We just hope things will eventually go better, as we battle against the invisible enemy, the Covid19.
