DigiByte Tipping Bot for Twitter

Hi, I'm currently working on a tipping bot for Twitter that will use the DigiByte blockchain to send tips to "@users" 

I have already created a [GitRepo](https://github.com/jrosco/digijar) and created a [Twitter](https://twitter.com/@dgbtip) account for the tipping bot.

*The naming of the bot is a working progress.*
