While the stimulus cheques keep getting pumped out to a multitude of people and businesses in The USA are being stimulated in various ways, the USD seems to have dropped down from 1.33 AUD for 1 USD to 1.27AUD for 1 USD. While the EURO is still where it was at 1.55 AUD for 1 EURO. The entire time. Although things are not looking "good" or "positive" anywhere right now, or dare I say, the MSM is not painting a pretty picture, for the bulk of this worlds population who lives elsewhere and not in The USA, we need to stay aware of the economics in The USA as it literally does affect all of us. Not only is the USD the most utilized currency online, which is by far a growing means of doing any form of business, trading, "shopping" etc. It is still for the time being the currency that has in many ways "replaced The Gold Standard" in many sectors. Some may now argue that this statement is "wrong", sure it is "wrong in so many ways", however it doesn't change the fact that the USD is the standard used and not gold when it comes to fiat. This is all changing, with The IMF issuing a new layer of currency that is (for now) reserved only for countries (governments) and not for nations (the average Joe/Josephine).
