Wow! How you referenced Avengers End Game and relate it to Steem makes this post very interesting to read.

In our haste to want to share with other people because we believe our work is worth it and notify the people we thought would react positively, then all of a sudden we can be slapped with spamming.

This is actually the situation here on Steem. While we have community bots fighting against copyright materials, we equally have some some people that aren't tolerant and are obsessed with engaging with others.

This is a perfect motto. Steem would be a better place if many users value growing and engaging with others.

What a great intro. Awesome if this would happen with steem/steemit.

Unlinked mentions are always going to be around its not an intuitive practice for many and yes we can try and encourage this practice and for sure we should continue to do so but I think that's a greater issue with user-generated content

I thought perhaps we could have bots scrape for keywords or quotes and recommend source material but that might only help a select few cases.

Perhaps a marker or field in the post creation process saying tick for completely original content and if you don't tick it you need to provide at least one source link could help get people used to giving credit for inspirations

Unfortunatelly new Avengers is a movie targeted to satisfy needs of Young Adults. It's not a match for Infinity War in my opinion, but it surely does make more $$$.

It's impressive what they have done with episodic story telling. But the problem is that episodes can take us away from closure and make thins like a long running TV series.  I missed Ragnarok and I'm not watching Captain Marvel  unless it's on TV. Haven't seen Endgame or any of the recent DCEU movies. 

But I did watch Mission Impossible: Fallout and it had a great theme of caring for the one life as you would care for the million. I think it is that sort of thinking that put humanity to the adventure and spectacle.

lol. That is an interesting metaphor that you used. I do agree with you however that together we stand. The more active posting and content that happens here the more it will attract other users. We just have to get over the onboarding hurdle that I think is currently holding back the vast majority of new users.

Your me wonder though. If there was a huge whale that entered the ecosystem. such as $1 billion investment to make a mega whale... How would that disrupt the system we have? Can we sustain forward with this? I don't know..

I agree, I think the change to RC is what scared off allot of former STEEM / Steemit members.

That's a nice point of view. I really think that we should unite as one. I hope will be able to recruit more people from Baguio and make a group that will support each other or the whole Philippines. Thank you so much for showing your input and may you have a great week ahead.

I like how you compared film heroes and Steemit community! But I think not all so good like it maybe in movie. In my opinion all desigions should be taken by community! Also I think in our world we should remember how finished some heroes in movie, but fortunately final post on Steemit not written so to be continued...

I haven't seen this marvel movie yet but I will for sure. I liked the others as well so expect a lot of it.
