My Dear Steemit Friends/Followers the same thing happened when I kept thinking for the next two days what will be the next topic I will talk to you about. Like the scenes of the film, one subject comes after another and the next moment or the other, there is also some logic that why should not I talk about it? Tired for one moment, eyes and moaning all your attention on breathing, then this is the only idea.
 
These thoughts were read even before but today it has not been accepted before today. We did not think we would try, how would we succeed? How to learn new things in life? How will this world be happy and happy? How deep will you get in life? Today, here also the same reversal of life. Try for some distance, and if you want to get it, then start living, then it seems that it was already received, just did not take it for work. You do not feel like you try it It has been embraced that maybe I will not be able to do it or I will not be able to. A suppressed negativity What we want to achieve is to be far more than what we are.

मेरे स्टीमित दोस्तों,यही बात महसूस हुई जब मैं दो दिनों तक यह सोचता रहा कि अगला विषय क्या होगा जिस पर मैं आपसे बात करूँगा। फिल्म के दृश्यों की तरह एक के बाद एक विषय आते और अगले ही क्षण या यों कह लीजिए साथ ही कोई न कोई तर्क भी चला आता कि क्यों मुझे उस पर बात नहीं करनी चाहिए। थक कर एक क्षण के लिए आँखें मूँदी और अपना सारा ध्यान साँसों पर ले गया तो बस यही एक विचार कौंधा। 
 
ये विचार पढ़ा तो पहले भी था लेकिन आज से पहले कभी इसे स्वीकार नहीं कर पाया। लगता था हम कोशिश ही नहीं करेंगे तो सफल कैसे होंगे ? जीवन में नई बातें कैसे सीखेंगे ? इस दुनिया को कैसे ढूंढ़-जान आनन्दित होंगे ? जीवन में और गहरे कैसे उतर पायेंगे ? आज लगा, यहाँ भी जीवन की वही उलटबाँसी। जब तक कोशिश करो कुछ दूरी बनी रहती है और जो पाना चाहते हो उसे जीना शुरू कर दो तो लगता है यह तो पहले ही से प्राप्त था, बस इसे काम ही में नहीं लिया था।आपको नहीं लगता, कोशिश शब्द ही अपने आप में इस अंगीकार को समाए हुए है कि शायद मुझसे नहीं हो पाएगा या मैं नहीं कर पाऊँगा। एक दबी नकारात्मकता।  हम जो पाना चाहते है उसके लिए हम जो है उससे कहीं अधिक होना पड़ेगा।

When we take our whole attention to our breath, this thought will probably be settled in our mind because we do not try to breathe. It is our nature so there is no need to try. Try to do it when you are not fully able to breathe, ie breathing difficulties. In the same way if there is any thought in your mind then decide to get it and getting it as easy as breathing, provided it is the result of your intercession, not the ego or the desire to become like someone else.
 
This is the suspicion of our mind that makes us mentally weak and then we increase the chances of failing to increase the difficulties in our own way. Never a staunch building on the foundation of staggering faith can never stand. This does not mean that we will not fail in any work done on the voice of interference. Of course, there will be many such times in life, but then it will be an indicator of the need for change in our efforts and the changes in methods and not the result of our inefficiency. A special way of doing any work and a suitable force is required. If we keep checking it from time to time, nobody can stop you from being there.
 
I'll break my point with these abstract lines of Warren Buffett, "I always knew that I would be rich. I do not think I doubt it for a minute."
ये हमारे मन का शक ही तो है जो हमें मानसिक रूप से कमजोर बना देते है और तब हम स्वयं ही रास्ते में आने वाली मुश्किलों को बढ़ा अपने असफल होने की संभावनाओं को बढ़ा लेते है। डगमगाए विश्वास की नीवं पर कभी सफलता की पक्की इमारत खड़ी नहीं हो सकती। इसका मतलब ये बिल्कुल नहीं कि अंतर्मन की आवाज़ पर किए किसी काम में हम असफल होंगे ही नहीं। बिल्कुल, जीवन में ऐसा कई बार होगा लेकिन तब वो हमारी मेहनत में कमी और तरीकों में बदलाव की जरुरत का सूचक होगा न कि हमारी अक्षमताओं का परिचायक। किसी भी काम को करने का एक विशेष तरीका और उपयुक्त बल की जरुरत होती है। यदि इसे हम समय-समय पर जाँचते-परखते रहें तो आपके होने को कोई नहीं रोक सकता। 
 
मैं अपनी बात को वॉरेन बफेट की इन सारगर्भित पंक्तियों के साथ विराम दूँगा, " मैं हमेशा से जानता था कि मैं धनी होऊँगा। मैं नहीं सोचता मैंने एक मिनट के लिए भी इस पर सन्देह किया हो। "
