Well, in the first (and second) pic there isn't a bee but a hover fly (family <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hover_fly">Syrphidae</a>).

The species should be <em><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eristalis_tenax">Eristalis tenax</a></em> (just check the pattern on its back).
