Manejo de Conflictos Laborales
Amigos y Amigas, saludos. Nuestro Hive, continúa dentro del aspecto administrativo, Recursos Humanos y gerencial, han sido los dos últimos compartir y este, dentro del mismo contextos, pero con temas, aspectos y puntos de vista distintos, pero dentro del ámbito laboral y del trabajo día a día.

En  este sentido, les comparto experiencia y conocimiento, que en una empresa u Organizacion, no Espaca de conflictos o problemas laborales, sino todo lo contrarios, siempre estará presente, por lo cual, debemos manejar de la mejor forma , y objetividad de manera que siempre nos vamos a ver o tener que presentes dichos Conflictos Laboral, por distintas razones como lo pueden ser Operaciones, Produccion, Laboral, Administrativo, Fiscal, Tributario, Personal, legal entre otros.

En este sentido, debe abordarse de inmediato, cualquier acontecimiento o conflicto y no dejar, para después, por quese te va a complicar y se le debe dar solución de inmediato,analizando el problema, buscar alternativas, para soluciones, ver la mejor solución y aplicar, para solucionar o llegar a feliz termino.

En este sentido Involucrar a los involucrados en el problemas, oírlos, analizar, evaluar y tomar las decisiones que deben tomarse en pro de resolver, dando continuidad a las labores. mediante sus normas, procedimientos y desligarse de los objetivos y metas de la empresa y que cada involucrado cumpla con sus compromisos y el deber como trabajador e integrante de un equipo. Usted debe llevar el problema, disputa i desacuerdos que ocurran dentro del entorno laboral por motivos relacionados con las actividades y funciones que desempeña cada trabajador. Generalmente en éstos Conflictos se dan entre personas, pudiendo ser grupales o individuales.

Por último, es derelevancia indica que en cualquier y tipo de problema que se presente en el plano profesional y laboral, esta estrictamente relacionado con  directrices organizacionales, por tal razón es importante no confundir un conflicto real con lo que pudiera ser una reacción personal o temporamental, donde existen tipos como lo son; reales, imaginarios, inventados, interpersonales, grupal, de interés, entre otros.
