Verison to preinstall spyware on it's Android phones.

Summary: 

Verison plans on installing "spyware" on it's phones as a factory installation.  This will allow them to collect user data on all of it's users.

I find it interesting that they aren't even being subtle about it.  Thoughts?

More likely it is the start of more and more companies that will eventually follow suit anyways.  There is no escaping the information age.  Data mining companies will do what data mining companies do.  Good luck running from it.
