<p>The human aspirations for recreation are not only from one place to another between countries, but they also have a desire to visit neighboring planets, even they want to live on the red planet but this is not an easy matter, Because some people consider the mars surface unfit for habitation and deadly. In the 2015, the experts have been discovered the presence of water on Mars by finding perchlorate (dehydrated minerals) that forming a line on the mars surface that was identified through MRO ( Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter). During warm season, perchlorate forms a line<em> (Recurring Slope Lineae)</em> on the mars slope and could keep the water from freezing up to -94 Fahrenheit degree.</p>

<p>Based on the discovery of perchlorate on the Mars, a researcher from the University of Edinburgh conducted an experiment on <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacillus_subtilis">Bacillus Subtilis</a> bacteria, it was placed in a perchlorate solution with the same concentration and given a wavelength of UV light as on the Mars surface, the result is the bacteria was dead under 1 minute. Perchlorate is a strong oxidizing agent even though it is stable at room temperature. Then, the researchers continued experiments against the bacteria using UV light (without perchlorate solution). The result, bacteria also died for approximately 1 minute. Not only that, the researchers also experimented on microbes in mars rocks, they made a rock from silica similar to rocks in mars, the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacillus_subtilis">Bacillus Subtilis</a> can survive even though many die in the end.</p>

<p>The scientists continue research to find the source of life on Mars, They found the ice layer beneath the surface of Mars, they believe this glaze could support humans live on the Mars. The scientist have found eight locations of the glaze, but they have not been able to pinpoint how thick it is beneath of the Mars surface. Based on scientists' research, the ice content beneath the mars surface contains water and dry ice (<em>carbon dioxide</em>), Based on research, the ice content beneath the surface of Mars contains water and dry ice (carbon dioxide) coming from snowstorm, when winter the mars temperature drops to 30% and drains the carbon dioxide, when summer &nbsp;the ice evaporates into atmosphere and leaves the ice containing the water.</p>

<p>To continue the research on the Mars, NASA will land the<em> </em><a href="https://mars.nasa.gov/insight/"><em>inSight</em></a><em> </em>to the Mars with internal exploration missions, This robot will examine the origin of mars by examining the process of rock formation on the Mars and the components of the constituent rock. Insight is equipped with a seismic sensor that can record seismic waves and can dig into mars surface up to 3 meters. The experts believe, inSight could solve the technical challenges on the Mars Surface.</p>
<h1>Conclusion</h1><hr>
<p>Based on experiments on bacteria with a perchlorate solution and rocks from silica that similar on the mars, the experts concluded, maybe the life source on Mars is lies far below Martian surface.</p>
