Getting up early in the morning is important for the whole day's work. Every religion also emphasizes waking up very early in the morning. Because in the morning or at the beginning of the day, welfare and blessings are the most in people's earnings. The time to get up very early for work on earth is also very suitable, pleasant and comfortable. The best people in the world, the Prophet (peace be upon him) himself prayed for blessings for the morning work.
People who wake up very early are much more aware, energetic and lively than others.

Regarding the benefits of waking up in the morning, one scholar said that if you want to be energized throughout the day and get blessings in time, you must get up very early in the morning. Not just the blessings of time - to stay physically healthy, you need to take a little walk in the morning, exercise, take time to eat non-vegetarian and nutritious breakfast. And that is possible if you can wake up in the morning. There is a clean and tidy environment for yourself when you wake up in the morning. Many people think it is impossible for them to get up in the morning. But they forget that needs and habits form human nature.
So I always try to wake up very early in the morning. I wake up very early in the morning and after my prayers I take a morning walk. I come for morning walk and drink non-vegetarian breakfast and tea. This is how my whole day's work started.
