Hola a toda la comunidad de Hive Gaming, espero que se encuentren genial, hoy quiero hablarles de un juego de marco la adolescencia de muchos (si lo jugaron siendo niños ¿Que estaban haciendo sus padres? Jaja) y es que God of War no solo nos enseñó de mitología griega sino también se encargó de revolucionar el Hack and Slash de tal manera que otros juegos se inspiraron en esta dinámica para presentar juegos (Dante's Inferno es uno de los ejemplos más claros) y fue un éxito tan grande que permitió 3 secuelas directas (de las cuales todas mantuvieron un nivel increíble).

La brutalidad de este juego le garantizo una clasificación para mayores de 18 ya que tiene un gran contenido de violencia explícita (lo cual lo hacía genial jajaja) y es que este juego se encargó de definir los juegos para personas adultas ya que no solo es violencia sin sentido sino también una historia muy madura, la tragedia de Kratos y lo que pasará para tratar de redimir y olvidar sus acciones y tanto sus batallas internas como también contra nuestros enemigos es el digno de un muy buen libro.

Este juego nos trajo unas gráficas en 3D que para su época fueron excelentes además de la mecánica que tenía Kratos con sus espadas,las diferentes aunque limitadas armas además de la espaldas del caos que podíamos usar, las mejoras que podíamos hacerle a Kratos, la interacción con el medio, las peleas contra enemigos normales y jefes y los pequeños combos que realizamos para acabar con estos (los cuales veremos cómo una secuencia de teclas en pantalla) además de algunos pequeños puzzles que debemos resolver en ciertos puntos fueron factores que se encargaron de darle a este genial juego el lugar que se ha ganado y es que no se puede negar que este juego está siempre en la lista de favoritos y más queridos de todos los usuarios de Playstation y los siguientes juegos de la saga se han encargado de reafirmar cada vez más esto.

La saga de God of War ha sido una de las más vendidas en la historia de Playstation y es que este personaje se ha ganado el cariño de todos los fans de esta consola (y la envidia de los usuarios de Xbox jaja) y es un personaje como Kratos, con el crecimiento que ha tenido desde la primera entrega hasta God of War Ragnarok ha permitido que sintamos que hemos crecido con el personaje, además que Sony se ha encargado de innovar los juegos pero sin perder la esencia que lo caracteriza.
