Un cordial saludo para todos para esta oportunidad les tengo una receta que me inventé muy sencilla se trata de un arroz con carne y pollo,tenía tiempo que no inventaba en la cocina y verdad quedó super delicioso.

A cordial greeting to all for this opportunity I have a recipe that I invented very simple it is a rice with meat and chicken, it had time that I did not invent in the kitchen and truth was super delicious.


## Ingredientes||Ingredients.


* 3 tazas de arroz|3 cups of rice.


* 1/2 pechuga de pollo1/2 chicken breast.


* 1/2 kilo de carne en bistec•1/2 kilo of beef in steak.


* 2 tallos de cebollín|2 stalks of chives.


* 1 pimentón|1 paprika.


* 5 dientes de ajo|5 cloves of garlic.


* 2 cdtas de mostaza|2 teaspoons of mustard.


* 1 cdta de cúrcuma|1 teaspoon of turmeric.


* Salsa inglesa|Worcestershire sauce.


* Sal al gusto•Salt to taste


* Aceite|Oil.

* Primeramente hacemos el arroz y lo reservamos

* Ahora cortamos la carne y el pollo en cuadritos y condimentados.


>  Now we cut the meat and chicken into squares and seasoned.

* Cortamos el cebollín y el pimentón y lo llevamos en una sartén a la cocina a sofreír.


>  Cut the chives and paprika and take them to the stove to sauté in a frying pan.

* Luego agregamos la carne y el pollo los ajos y la cúrcuma.

* Cuando tenemos todo listo lo agregamos al arroz y revolvemos hasta que todos los ingredientes compacten.


>  When everything is ready, add it to the rice and stir until all the ingredients are compacted.

* Ahora servimos nuestro arroz.
