<div class="text-justify">Esta es mi participación para el Dia 2 del Reto: <b>  "20 Días Cocinando con @mariale07"</b>, una iniciativa realmente maravillosa donde nos permite compartir con ustedes nuestras recetas o  heredadas de nuestras madres o abuelas.

En esta oportunidad les presento la Receta de como preparar:

# Perico o Huevos revueltos //  Parrot or Scrambled Eggs


### Ingredientes //Ingredients

Sausages
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
50 g of Tocinetas
Go out

Salchichas
1 Cebolla mediana
1 Tomate mediano
50 grs de Tocinetas
Sal

## Procedimiento//Process

<div class="text-justify">Se procede a picar en trozos  bien pequeños la cebolla y el tomate, asi como la tocineta y las salchichas.

<div class="text-justify">Luego se coloca aceite en un sarten y una vez caliente se coloca la cebolla picada y luego  el tomate. 

Se raya o pica la zanahoria en trozos muy pequeños , luego se agrega a el sofrito de la cebolla y el tomate .
Luego se pican en trozos fileteados la tocineta y las salchichas, e igualmente se agrega a la cocción , revolviendo constantemente.
De inmediato se mezclan los huevos y se agregan una vez  que la cebolla esten cristalinas
Se revuelve constantemente hasta que tenga la consistencia deseada.

<blockquote>Then oil is placed in a frying pan and once it is hot, the chopped onion is placed and then the tomato. 

Scratch or chop the carrot in very small pieces, then add the onion and tomato to the fried food.
Then the bacon and the sausages are cut into slices and added to the cooking, stirring constantly.
Immediately mix the eggs and add them once the onion is crystal clear.
It is constantly stirred until it has the desired consistency.

Como se muestra en el collage siguiente se presenta este plato acompañado con pan, tostadas y/o arepas venezolanas.

hola amiga te quedo muy bien el paso a paso y la simagenes.
A mi me fascina el perico, pero lo hago solo con tomate, cebolla y huevos.
