<div class="text-justify"><div class=pull-left>El 15 de Septiembre cumpió 15 años mi nieto Jesus Francisco, todo un hombrecito que me sobrepasa en altura mas de 10 cm, de hecho a todos los de la familia, jajaja.

Uno de mis obsequios fue una cake de Vainilla cuyo motivo fue One Piece, rellena en  sus diferentes capas por: Ganaché de chocolate blanco, crema chantilly, dulce de leche y nueces.

On September 15, my grandson Jesus Francisco turned 15, a whole little man who exceeds me in height by more than 10 cm, in fact everyone in the family, hahaha.

One of my gifts was a Vanilla cake whose motive was One Piece, filled in its different layers by: Ganaché with white chocolate, whipped cream, dulce de leche and walnuts.

<div class="text-justify"><div class=pull-left>Como amante de la repostería fue para mi un reto lograr recrear el motivo de esta serie de dibujos animados, favorita de mi nieto, debido a que se basa en la búsqueda por un gran número de piratas del tesoro llamado One Piece, cuyo protagonista es un chico con sombrero de paja llamado  Monkey D. Luffy.

Además tuve que considerar para la decoración, el hecho de que mi nieto ya es un joven adolescente, un punto muy importante en el momento de definir la misma.</div><div class=pull-right> 
As a pastry lover, it was a challenge for me to recreate the motif of this cartoon series, my grandson's favorite, because it is based on the search for a large number of pirates of the treasure called One Piece, whose protagonist is a straw hat boy named Monkey D. Luffy.

<div class="text-justify"><div class=pull-left>Para la decoración inicié con una base de crema Chantilly blanca, en  la parte superior utilicé marrón oscuro para dar la sensación de la cubierta del barco.
<hr>
En el resto de la cake utilicé los colores azul oscuro y azul claro mezclados con el blanco para recrear el mar y las olas.
<hr>
Asi mismo, el efecto del degradado coloqué tres capas como se muestra en la siguiente imagen.  </div><div class=pull-right> 
For the decoration I started with a white Chantilly cream base, on top I used dark brown to give the feeling of the ship's deck.

In the rest of the cake I used the colors dark blue and light blue mixed with the white to recreate the sea and the waves.

<div class="text-justify"><div class=pull-left>Seguidamente, utilicé la técnica del relieve para dar el efecto de las olas del mar y le coloque chispas de color azul y plateado para dar mayor iluminación.

En la parte superior decoré en los bordes con ganaché de chocolate negro semi amargo, decorando con el color marrón en los extremos en forma de semi hojas entrelazadas y colocando pedazos de chocolate blanco y negro bañados con ganache de chocolate y chispas plateadas.

Next, I used the relief technique to give the effect of the waves of the sea and I placed blue and silver sparks to give greater illumination.

At the top, I decorated the edges with semi-bitter dark chocolate ganache, decorating with the brown color at the ends in the form of interlaced semi-leaves and placing pieces of black and white chocolate covered with chocolate ganache and silver chips.

Por último coloque la imágen de One Piece que mandé a imprimir en escala adecuada para una cake de 16".

Adicionalmente completé la decoración con otros chocolates,  globos y estrellas de color rojo y negro en combinación con la decoración.
