There are many people who see life from the positive side. That's fine. But to say that 100% are happy, content, enthusiastic, is unreal.

Being positive is not bad, on the contrary, it is a good way to live, the bad thing is to be positive to the extreme... Stopping being always positive and learning to process negative feelings will help you understand yourself and others better.

It's okay to look at the glass half full, but accepting that in some situations maybe you can't see it that way, it's not about not “falling” but about how you “get up“.

 In fact, in my complement family, I know someone who always says "everything is perfect, I'm in bonanza, in victory, I'm happy and really sometimes that excess of positivity bothers, because in reality Lucifer is taking it away.

 I am not surprised by that ultra-positive attitude, I think that behind that always positive behavior there is something that does not fit, does not fit into the puzzle. 

This that I write reminds me of the case of one of my favorite actors, Robin Williams, is an excellent example, so much so that many, including me, associated him with someone permanently happy and his reality was totally different. So also Antony Bourdain, Avicci the latter was an electronic singer. We all know how their lives ended. They were living with covert depression.

Behind, always of that happy image, there are overlapping emotional states, without a doubt. It is unreal that road story of walking with the "smile from ear to ear" happy always and seeing the beautiful side always to life.  

Quite often, behind that facade of "I'm the life of the party" they may be hiding a deep and serious depression, which on many occasions, unfortunately, can be fatal.

Because it's a fantasy that "life is always beautiful" many times life is shit, and you don't have to decorate it. Many times everything is fine, everything is going to happen, it's not necessarily good because it makes us live in a cloud.

Now I am very careful to hide a depression in myself or to be making blind eyes to the depression of a person close to me, understanding life from its nuances and avatars, in order to have emotional coherence as much as possible. 

>A job I do every day, and it's not easy.

When you understand that human strength lies in us and not only in the brain or in the body, perhaps we can understand something about the human. We are unstoppable, unstoppable if we have the right personality structure, discipline and motivation.


We cannot be positive all the time, if you are going through a difficult moment "it's okay, not to be okay", you have to accept the emotion and work on it, not deny it.

*Covering it with an exaggerated optimism does not allow you to process what you are experiencing.*
