Some easy hacks to exercise, even if you're lazy
Hello guys! 

Today I just want to share with you some easy hacks to do some sports, even when you are lazy af, or if you just don't have the time to keep two hours a week to work out. Even if some of those hacks seems logical and easy, it can still help you to have a better physical condition!

These hacks are for them: 
- who would like in for sports because it is good … But which do not do it because of the laziness 
- who would want to run but are bored after three minutes (and suffocate at the end of the fourth minute) 
- who think that if they had to follow sports classes all their youth, and it is not to grant then to continue the torture 
- who would like to go in for sport but who have a zero-euro budget (and that even if there are always solutions, they do not really suit you)

## <center> #1 Walking instead of taking public transports or car </center>
When you have to go to a place that is less than 30 minutes far, a good idea is to go there on foot! And if you are afraid of getting bored, the time can pass really quickly if you are listening to your favorite music or a podcast, talking to someone else or just watching the environment around you. And waouw, you are doing sports without realizing it! You can also realize short journeys in bicycle. And this technic has two benefits: it makes you earn money, and you can keep in mind that walking is a lot less exhausting than running!

## <center> #2 Doing some squats and stretchings as soon as you are a little bored </center> 
This thing is more of the order of the reflex than of sport. Are you waiting for your pizza to cook? Just make some squats. Is your coffee warming? Just make some stretchings! Personally, I even make some stretchings and exercises when watching my favorite show on Netflix. You can imagine a lot of easy routines like these ones, like for example making squats during the time when you are brushing your tooths or anything like this.

## <center> #3 The magic of exercising in bed </center>
You do not want to get up even earlier than usual for a small session of training early in the morning in the gym? Very well, stay in bed. And if you were told that you can transform your body with exercises thinness which you can make of your mattress? Choose among these 10 exercises to be made of your bed. One thing's for sure: you will burn more calories than you make by pressing several times on the button snooze. This strategy is also really useful during winter when your main excuse to not doing sports is just that it is too cold outside. 

For example, you can do the scissors position in your bed: you just have to lay down on your back with your hands under your hips, and your hand's palms towards the ground. Gather two feet in the air and brace your toes. Keep both legs so straight as possible and lower your right leg towards the bed by keeping control. Without touching the ground, return the leg to the starting position. Then repeat on the opposite side. It is just an easy example to work your abs and the leg's muscles, but you can find a lot of other exercises like this one on the Internet!

And besides, look how much fun this woman seems to have by doing this! It could be you tomorrow morning! 

## <center> #4 Taking staircases rather than the elevator or the elevator</center>
Yes, this one is a little easy but really underestimated. Having lived on the fifth floor of a building during a year, I know what I am talking about! And by taking staircases multiple times a day, you can see quite quickly a difference: you will be less tired each time you make it to the top, and I think this is also quite good to your cardio condition! And no risks of being trapped in staircases: only benefits! Besides, I don't think it takes more time to go by the staircases than by the elevator.

And when you begin to be really good at taking staircases, you can make it a little harder to you to make this exercise even more effective, by going up two steps at the time, or by going faster in the staircases for example.
