<div class="text-justify">Halfway through, he offered it to me. I drank desperately, relieving my thirst.</div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">When he finished, he set the plate down by the stairs.</div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">-I have to tie you up again, -he said with mock pity, the heartless bastard.</div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">Helpless, I did not resist. To resist would only hasten my death. </div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">Letting him tie me up, I clung to a thread of hope. Maybe I would escape.</div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">He smiled mischievously as he tightened the ropes. </div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">I realised then that the sandwich and the water were the trap. </div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">He had poisoned me to enjoy watching me die slowly, bound and helpless.</div><P/>
