> For a community to be whole and healthy, it must be based on people's **love** and concern for each other. - Millard Fuller

## S - Scalable
> Capable of being easily expanded or upgraded on demand.
Communities should be scalable, its ability to adjust when a community expands should be high. Our community here grows day by day, and with the programs and promotions that we have with @steemph.cebu, the ability to expand the range of catering new users should be proportional (*varies directly*).
When a community grows, the needs and the work be done also grows. Community leaders should learn to adjust the growth. They can expand the pool of leaders, or creating another division to distribute the load. The goal is to cater all of the members queries and make them understand the doubts.

## H - Healthy
> showing physical, mental, or emotional well-being
Communities that are healthy are the best, healthy in a way that every member helps one another. The atmosphere is a lot positive and the happiness is evenly distributed. Every member helps in community activities, and Steemit community has been doing it. From donations to the needy ones (Medical/Surgical or Financial incapability), you can see the love from users in this platform.

## A - Active
> Characterized by action, motion, volume, use, participation, etc.
An active community is so fun to see. Those quick actions and reactions matter a lot in the Steemit platform. You get recognition from engaging in their comments, making the also author feel that his content is **interesting** and **valuable**. Plus, you earn some *bucks* if your comment gets upvoted! They will also start to follow you, simply because you are worthy to be followed. Being an active Steemian is one of the best qualities a user needs to have for a better Steemit career. Post contents with momentum, and express your views about posts from valuable authors. A simple gratitude and sharing of thoughts to some posts might create a big impact on you.

## R - Reactive
> Readily responsive
Though this might be part of Active, I made a separate topic for this because this is being neglected by some users in the platform. User engagements on your post are important, and responding them is a responsibility to make. If you have time, try to reply on them. This will make them feel you recognized their ideas and you as a responsive author. If you constantly neglect user comments in your posts, there is a real danger on your future post because the feeling is not mutual. They find your content valuable, but you don't find their comments/suggestions/reactions important. As a result, user engagements on your post will typically go down because you're not reactive. You should change that.

## P - Persuasive
> seeks to influence the attitude of the hearer
Promoting Steemit platform is not as ***"easy breezy"*** for everyone, the technicality of Steemit is a big factor of user confusions. Plus, their perception about this kind of platform has been embedded as negative (*the incentivized blogging*. In our country Philippines, people tend to see this platform as a ***Networking Scam***, a scheme that is very common here. You them to join, and you get referral bonus when they sign-up and Steemit does not offer that kind of reward system. In my case, I promote Steemit because I want to share the big opportunity for them, I received a fair reward system in this platform that other students deserved to receive also. Plus being in a community of many people you are in the same area is fun extremely to see, especially your *friends*! Yaaay!
You need a persuasive skill for you to be successful. You can show your earnings, your post payouts, your followers, the things that you bought because of Steemit, or anything that would make you persuade them. Being knowledgeable is a big factor, it is very difficult to persuade if you don't exactly what you are talking. Grammar mastery is also a big thing, but not as critical as the mentioned. Lastly, the way you explain and talk about the platform is the best asset.Your *flowery words* are very important to get them hooked.
