A friend in the Medical line said thus:
Nose Mask is supposed to be used for a limited time. If one wears it for a long time, it may result to the following ;

1. Oxygen in the blood reduces.
2. Oxygen to the brain reduces.
3. One starts feeling weak.
4. May lead to death
 
And to avoid all the above mentioned risk, he  advice as follows. 

i. Pull it off wen u are alone.
ii. Do not use it at home.
III. Only use it in a crowded place and wen in close contact with one or more persons.
iv. Reduce the use of it by isolating urself most times.

This is very important especially for some the country that have made national use of nose mask a must, like in Nigeria. 
So as we do all we can to combat this common enemy call coronavirus AKA Covid-19, let's always think of the effects of some of the measures we are taking.
