For this occasion, I’m going to talk about the mighty **Kha'zi Conjurer**, an impressive card that I highly recommend using under certain conditions.

One thing I’m really enjoying about the new Rewards cards is their epic cards. These cards stand out for having a very low mana cost while being extremely powerful.  

On the downside, many of their abilities come with negative effects for our team or the card itself.  

However, there are ways to counter these effects, and in the next post, we’ll talk about them!

Si algo me está gustando de las nuevas cartas Rewards son sus cartas épicas. Éstas cartas se caracterizan por tener un coste muy reducido de maná y ser muy poderosas. En su contra tenemos que decir que las habilidades de las que disponen en muchos casos causan efectos perjudiciales para nuestro equipo o la carta misma.

Pero existen formas de anular estos efectos y en el siguiente post hablaremos de ello.

At its maximum level, **Kha'zi Conjurer** boasts 6 ranged attack damage, 5 speed, and 5 health—all for just 2 mana.  

You might be wondering, how is it possible for a card with only 2 mana to be this powerful?  

Now, let’s take a look at the downside of using this card.

A su máximo nivel, **Kha'zi Conjurer** tiene una ataque a distancia de 6 puntos de daño, 5 puntos de velocidad y 5 puntos de vitalidad. Y todo ello por tan solo 2 puntos de maná. Y os estaréis preguntando, ¿cómo es posible que una carta de tan solo 2 puntos de maná se tan poderosa.

Ahora veremos el inconveniente de usar ésta carta.

# <center>INCENDIARY</center>

*Incendiary* is a new ability that causes adjacent cards to **Kha'zi Conjurer** to have a 33% chance of taking 2 damage starting from the second turn and every turn after that.  

The good news is that *Incendiary* can be countered using the *Cleanse* ability.

*Incendiary* es una nueva habilidad con la cual a partir del segundo turno y todos los sucesivos las cartas adyacentes a **Kha'zi Conjurer** tienen un 33% de probabilidad de sufrir 2 puntos de daño. La ventaja es que *Incendiary* es posible evitarlo con la habilidad *Cleanse*.

At level 3, it will also gain *Piercing*, a crucial ability considering the high amount of damage it deals.

# <center>**EXAMPLE COMBAT**</center>

Using **Kha'zi Conjurer** is very risky if we're not confident about ending the battle quickly, as it will gradually weaken our creatures until they perish.  

However, there’s a secret! Playing this card when the battle condition is *Back to Basics* allows us to use it without its ability, as you’ll see in the following battle.

Usar a **Kha'zi Conjurer** es muy peligroso si no tenemos claro que vayamos a terminar rápido el combate ya que poco a poco irá debilitando nuestras criaturas hasta la muerte. Pero hay un secreto, jugar esta carta cuando la condición de batalla es *Back to Basics* nos permite usarla sin esa habilidad, como podréis comprobar en el siguiente combate.

In a battle with only 15 mana and the *Back to Basics* condition, it’s the perfect moment to bring out my favorite cards: **Halfling Refugee** and our **Kha'zi Conjurer**.  

The battle begins, and **Kha'zi Conjurer**’s first strike takes down **Chaos Agent**. Another incredible hit from **Halfling Refugee** eliminates **Radiated Scorcher**.  

In the second turn, another powerful blow from **Kha'zi Conjurer** destroys **Scorch Fiend**, and of course, **Halfling Refugee** continues the onslaught by taking down **Spirit Hoarder**.  

By the third turn, **Halfling Refugee** is eliminated.  

In the fourth turn, **Kha'zi Conjurer**’s attack takes out **Uraeus**.  

And finally, in the fifth turn, another strike from **Kha'zi Conjurer** finishes off **Lava Spider**, securing me an easy and swift victory.

En un combate de tan solo 15 puntos de maná y con la condición *Back to Basics* es momento de poner en juego mis cartas preferidas **Halfling Refugee** y nuestro **Kha'zi Conjurer**.

Comienza el combate y el primer golpe de nuestro  **Kha'zi Conjurer** destruye a **Chaos Agent**, otro increíble golpe de **Halfling Refugee** elimina a **Radiated Scorcher**.

En el segundo turno otro golpe potente de  **Kha'zi Conjurer** destruye esta vez a **Scorch Fiend** y por su puesto **Halfling Refugee** también hace de las suyas destruyendo a **Spirit Hoarder**.

En el tercer turno cae eliminado **Halfling Refugee**.

Cuarto turno y el ataque de **Kha'zi Conjurer** destuye a **Uraeus**.

Y por último en el quinto turno otro ataque de **Kha'zi Conjurer** acaba con la vida de **Lava Spider** otorgándome una victoria fácil y rápida.
