How to get off the ban list?

I would like like to repair my reputation and get off the ban list. I understand what I did wrong and want to get on with my steem life. I promise to be good for ever :) don't fuck with the cheeta bot. 

Can anyone provide me with some detailed instructions? I have done many searches but so far have not found anything usefull.

I would start by putting in an edit for EVERY spam or plagarist post with an apology. doesn't have to be long.
THEN talk on the #steemitabuse  channel at the chat site
