Earlier today I was trying to make a quick transaction from a friend who doesn't know I "indulge in crypto" for a while but has recently been advertising P2P form of transfer from crypto to Fiat.

He asked me if he could help me create a crypto account and I was laughing uncontrollably.

This was because  he never knew that I was quite versed in the world of crypto. so I had to open up to him to let him know that I have been in the business since way back 2017.

Yes and back then there was really no much information to get on Google or YouTube as we have right now, it was mostly trial and error for me and the few information we could get on sites like bitcoin.org and steem, sorry to say the later doesn't really stand up to its name any longer. 

I'm really grateful to a friend who encouraged me to get more interested in crypto as  then when bitcoin was still boarding. but I'm glad how far it has come such that it has become the spinal cord of some people's economy and even some countries are beginning to make it a legal tender.

The president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele Shocked the whole world last year when he declared btc to be legal tender. The US may feel threatened by this move as against the dollar, however they are not in any way changing their mind about it. Safe to say the Dollar is still legal tender there, but using the Bitcoin gives them so much flexibility and this has really improved their economy so far and the tendencies that it can improve the economy much more with the way the president has been buying into various dips of Bitcoin. 

The challenges currently faced by crypto mostly rules of regulations shared by the US government who are trying to enforce taxes for every crypto trade or exchanges. 

The crypto market is unflinching at least because it will only increase adoption of the crypto and we ll begin to see more countries begin to accept crypto as legal tender and will also begin to see more crypto projects being created that will enhance better earning  opportunities for every single person.

Just a few days back I was considering if I could use my crypto to purchase something on a very popular online market here in Nigeria called jumia or even on eBay or Alibaba. That will be a very sweet experience because I wouldn't even have to convert my crypto to Fiat I wouldn't need any of the banks to make my transaction to my seller and I wouldn't really need any exchanges at all all I have to do is transfer from my hibernate on my trust wallet on my metamask into whatever trusted wallets they use and I have made my purchase.

How about the Health sector, I m a Doctor so let's see, how about you see patients using the blockchain powered electronic medical records where patients health records are stored on the block chain and they can never be missed or minced and neither can they mix up or get lost. This electronic records can be used to even generate tokens that will encourage people to present more often at the clinic and hence encourage better health awareness for the people. also generate rewards tokens for the health workers who spend their time educating managing and treating health conditions on the block chain. I know this may sound really really fun or futuristic but these are massive possibilities that I already see happening in the blockchain and there are already projects working on this which I'm proud to know about a few of them. 

Crypto and the blockchain are highly promising and there is really no visible limits into it currently. Think of games, music, employment, car dealership, real estate the list is endless.

Like Elon Said in the recent TED talk held in vancouver, "we must fight to gain the future we want". All of this possibilities takes so much work out it, not just folding of hands. People are working to see it happen and guess what, they ll have a huge stake of it. I m sure that's not surprising to any one. So we all on hive working to stake, build an support the blockchain which is still really young to become the social media of the future. Splinterlands can not be forgotten in a hurry, it's still very relevant and has much more up it's sleeves. So many other projects here on hive. And there are much more on other platforms. 
 
It takes people to deliver the future,  and people to support them.
So let us join the party to deliver this future we talk about often.
