- The freelancer is to deliver some rough work or sketches of the job layout to the employer . At this point the freelancer gets first payment of 1/4 of his total pay .
- After another 5days, the freelancer is to deliver the final job to the employer.At this point the rest of the payment which is 3/4 of the total payment is sent .
- The employer and the freelancer then rates each other's services and give themselves ratings from 1-5
- With this technology, both the employer and the freelancer have their risks reduced to the nearest minimum as the money is safe on the Agile smart contract.
