Things have been so bloody crazy around here the last couple of days - on and offline, that I actually have not been able to spend much time checking out people's posts... but I did however catch wind of the fact that there seemed to be quite a few "introduce yourself" posts floating around - and I thought that it was pretty cool to see some very familiar faces jumping onboard... so I figured, why the hell not! We have all been through so much together in the last month or so... now seemed like a really good time to get even better acquainted. :)

Also mother to (at times) the most annoying bloody Jack Russell puppy named Herbie... but despite my occasional desire to pull a Michael Jackson on both my puppy and my son... they are my world!

Now it's a much more civilised agenda with things like boat trips, dining out with family and friends... and braais and wine in the comfort of my hermit space called home lol...

Many of you already know that I am a complete wine glutton - I mean it's written into my bio for heavens sake... but really speaking it is pretty much compulsory when you live in a little town that produces some of the best wines in the world!

A graphic designer by trade since 2000. I left the industry about 2 years ago when I handed my design and print business over to my shop manager... but have recently decided to put that creative cap back on again. I launched a shop on Redbubble and have been having great fun putting merch designs together...

I have been enjoying it so much that since getting the gig to do the new @peakd logo design I also decided to put some peakd merch designs together - seemed only appropriate with our whole new adventure in front of us :)

So yes... aside from "social distancing" for the last week or so - that is what has been keeping me busy. However, as we head into complete lockdown on Thursday, I will be no doubt be getting back into blogging facets of mine that most of you are a little more familiar with... that being, I am a COMPLETE foodie! I love cooking and sharing my culinary adventures with you all! I love to cook, I love to entertain... and I do a lot of both - well, no entertaining for the next 21 days though lol....

I do not own an "actual camera", but I do consider myself a "wannabe photographer" and I am always keen to snap up a good shot out and about. I do not profess to compete with anyone who actually knows what they are doing lol, but I do have fun...
