Hola corazones, espero se encuentren genial, hoy les traigo uno de mis jugos favoritos, como lo es, el jugo de mango y al mismo tiempo, les contaré el porqué es uno de mis jugos favoritos.

Cuando tenía la edad de 2 años mi mamá se fue a vivir con mi papá a una granja, a pesar de yo estar tan pequeña, recuerdo con claridad hasta lo fresco del aire que se respiraba en ese lugar, conforme fui creciendo, me di cuenta de muchas cosas maravillosas que tenía a mi alrededor y que antes no admiraba y una de esas cosas, eran 12 matas de mango que abarcaban gran parte de la granja y en las que muchas veces, fui a meditar por lo tranquilo y fresco que hacían ver el lugar, contaba con la gran bendición de tener mangos siempre a mi alcance y de ahí, me volví fan del mango y todas sus preparaciones, pues aunque ya no vivo en esa hermosa granja, me dejo muchas cosas hermosas y una de ellas, es mi amor a los mangos.

As I grew older, I realized of many wonderful things that I had around me and that I did not admire before and one of those things, were 12 mango bushes that covered a large part of the farm and in which I often went to meditate because of how calm and fresh they made it look The place had the great blessing of having mangoes always within my reach and from there, I became a fan of mangoes and all their preparations, because although I no longer live on that beautiful farm, it left me many beautiful things and one of them is my love to mangoes

Desde hace mucho tiempo tenía ganas de tomar jugo de mango, pero al no tener licuadora, no me había animado, hasta que recordé que no necesito licuadora cuando tengo un colador y mangos verdes a mi disposición, a continuación, les mostraré los pocos ingredientes que necesitamos para nuestro jugo. 

>I have been wanting to have mango juice for a long time, but not having a blender, it did not cheer me up, until I remembered that I do not need a blender when I have a strainer and green mangoes at my disposal, next, I will show you the few ingredients that we need for our juice.

# <center>Preparación</center>

>preparation

Lo primero que haremos será lavar y pelar los mangos, luego de haberlos pelado, procedemos a cortarlos para agregarlos a una olla con agua y ponerlos a cocinar. 

>The first thing we will do is wash and peel the mangoes, after having peeled them, we proceed to cut them to add them to a pot with water and put them to cook.

Luego que los mangos ya están completamente  cocidos, procedemos a retirarlos de la olla y colocarlos en un plato, después agarramos nuestra jarra con el colador para comenzar a retirar el zumo del mango. 

>After the mangoes are fully cooked, we proceed to remove them from the pot and place them on a plate, then we grab our jug ​​with the strainer to start removing the mango juice.

Cuando ya tengamos todo el mango colado, le agregamos el azúcar y el agua que creamos necesaria para que nuestro jugo nos quede balanceado en azúcar, espesor y sabor. 

>When we have all the mango strained, we add the sugar and water that we think is necessary so that our juice is balanced in terms of sugar, thickness and flavor.

Al tener nuestro jugo listo, vamos a decorar nuestro vaso para poder tener una bonita presentación. 

>When we have our juice ready, we are going to decorate our glass in order to have a nice presentation.

En un plato colocamos un poco de agua y unas gotas de colorante de repostería y en el otro, colocamos un poco de sal, agarramos nuestro vaso y lo untamos un poco del agua con colorante y luego lo pasamos por la sal.

>In a plate we put a little water and a few drops of pastry coloring and in the other, we put a little salt, we grab our glass and we spread a little of the water with coloring and then we pass it through the salt.

Al haber hecho esto, ya podemos agregar nuestro jugo y le coloqué un trozo de mango en el borde para terminar de decorar, como yo lo realicé con agua fría, no tuve la necesidad de colocarle hielo, pero si ustedes lo consideran necesario, estaría excelente igual, espero que les haya gustado y que lo preparen en casa, ¡un abrazo corazones, que estén muy bien!
