That is an interesting pie-chart that you have drawn... As I can see you have a lot of things on the table, so finding the right balance is very challenging... I'm trying to do it by splitting my time to portions (as you did with your drawing) and then giving a part of that time to my tasks... It's not an ideal thing, but it helps... :)
