I'll be working all day on New Year's Eve,  and New Year's day.

During 2017 it seemed very possible that I would be able to quit this job and just focus on writing.

 Unfortunately, 2018 had other plans. The crypto world didn't exactly work out for many of us.

 I won't be able to leave the restaurant business in 2019 unless some other offer smacks me in the face.

So I will be working in my restaurant,  helping large families with high chairs, taking people's orders,  and hopefully making a significant amount of tips.

Of course I'll still be blogging and I will still be writing fiction.

 I definitely intend to publish my first book in 2019.

 Unfortunately, I discovered from various publishing agencies that publishing any fiction on Steemit means I'll never be able to get it published in any other format.

That is the main reason why I no longer post any fiction on here.

That sucks because publishing my fiction on here,  and getting some good reader responses,  were a big reason to continue writing in the first place.

Nevertheless, I will continue posting blog pieces on here though they may not be posted as often as before.

It is entirely unlikely that I will write any fiction for this site.

 I will continue to write it offline, and I hopefully will have something published in 2019. If that does happen then I will definitely post some information and links to that book here on Steemit.

Having said that, I will also have to continue working at the restaurant for the time being.

 I'm not _into it_ but I also don't _hate it._

It's just something to do to make money,  and honestly it's not too terrible.... although I do hate listen to screaming kids and I also hate being insulted by various people that think they are better than you just because you work at a restaurant.

 I really do think 2019 is going to be a great year for crypto. I wish I had more money right now to invest. I do think we're going to fall a little bit lower, but I think the bottom might be right around February.

If you have money to invest,  I think this is a good time.... but I think January may be a better time and February may even be a better time. Of course nobody really knows for sure,  and we could be at the bottom right now.

I'll be working most of tomorrow and most of the day after that.

I will be gathering whatever few dollars I have, and trying my best to decide which crypto to accumulate. Of course Steem will be numero uno.

 I hope everyone else on here is of the same mindset. Together we can really pull this thing out and make it work.

I know 2019 is going to be a great year.
