Greetings my dear friends, I hope you are very well and that you are having an incredibly great day both you and your families. Music has always been a great comfort for me. When I feel sad or depressed, it helps me channel my emotions and allows me to express my feelings and even identify them in some way. It also helps me relieve stress and relax when I am overwhelmed with problems. It allows me to better understand my thoughts and feelings, and gives me the confidence to move forward. Listening to music helps me remember happy moments and motivates me to pursue my dreams. Music is a great source of inspiration and helps me appreciate the beauty of life. Without a doubt, music is one of the best ways to brighten my day.

Music has had a profound impact on my life when it is upbeat music with lyrics full of optimism. When I listen to this kind of music, I feel more optimistic and improve the way I look at life. Music inspires us to enjoy the moments and see the positive side of situations. It helps me remember that there is hope and that I am not always destined to fail. Me ayuda también a aliviar el estrés y a relajarme cuando estoy abrumado por problemas. Me permite comprender mejor mis pensamientos y sentimientos, y me da la confianza para seguir adelante. Escuchar música me ayuda a recordar los momentos felices y me motiva a perseguir mis sueños. La música es una gran fuente de inspiración y me ayuda a apreciar la belleza de la vida. Sin duda, la música es una de las mejores formas de alegrarme el día.

On the other hand, sad music makes me feel sad. It reminds me of difficult times or people who are gone. It makes me feel deep emotions that sometimes prevent me from seeing the light in difficult situations. Although through it I can express my negative feelings in a deeper way and it connects me with others who are going through similar situations, it also makes it harder to let go of the sadness. 

On the contrary, happy music helps me remember the good times and makes me feel happy. It reminds me of fun times spent with people I love. It helps me see things from a more positive perspective and gives me new ways to deal with difficult situations. It helps me see problems in a more optimistic light and gives me the energy to keep going. It connects me with others who are going through similar situations and gives me hope that everything will work out.

There are special songs for me that without a doubt, make me feel this way. Lasso's song "One to one" is a pop-rock song that conveys a positive message of overcoming and optimism. The lyrics talk about the power of unity and teamwork to achieve victory. The song focuses on the value of friendship and loyalty, and how those qualities can help us overcome life's challenges. The lyrics also talk about the importance of moving forward despite obstacles. The song ends with the optimistic message that everyone can achieve their dreams if we work hard for them. Por otra parte, música triste me hace sentirme triste. Me recuerda momentos difíciles o personas que ya no están. Hace que sienta emociones profundas que a veces me impiden ver la luz en situaciones difíciles. Aunque mediante ella puedo expresar mis sentimientos negativos de una forma más profunda y me conecta con otros que están pasando por situaciones similares, también hace que sea más difícil dejar salir de la tristeza. 

Por el contrario la música alegre me ayuda a recordar los buenos momentos y me hace sentir feliz. Me recuerda momentos divertidos pasados con personas que amo. Me ayuda a ver las cosas desde una perspectiva más positiva y me da nuevas maneras de encarar situaciones difíciles. Me ayuda a ver los problemas desde una luz más optimista y me da la energía para seguir adelante. Me conecta con otros que están pasando por situaciones similares y me da la esperanza de que todo saldrá bien.

Hay canciones especiales para mi que sin duda, me hacen sentir de esta manera. La canción "De Tu a Tu" de Lasso es una canción de pop-rock que transmite un mensaje positivo de superación y optimismo. "Cuando me siento Bien" de Efecto Pasillo es una canción que nos muestra que la felicidad está a nuestro alcance si estamos dispuestos a trabajar duro por ello. Nos recuerda que no hay necesidad de rendirse ni de dejarse vencer por la desesperación, sino que hay que abrazar la realidad y tratar de encontrar la felicidad en cada momento. Esta canción nos recuerda que la vida es lo que uno hace de ella, y que todos tenemos el poder de cambiar nuestra vida si tomamos la determinación de hacerlo. Esta canción nos enseña que la felicidad no se encuentra fuera de nosotros, sino dentro de nosotros mismos, y que debemos confiar en nosotros para encontrarla.

Hay varias canciones que tienen este efecto positivo en mí, pero de todas estas dos canciones son mis favoritas con letras inspiradoras que me levantan el ánimo de una manera impresionante, la música es de los mejores placeres de la vida, nos hace sentir, reflexionar y hasta sonreír, pero además de eso logra cambiar nuestra manera de ver la vida.
