"SAYUR SEMANGKA"/ "WATERMELON SOUP"
Kalau makan semangka seringnya yang bagian putihnya dibuang karena ga ada rasanya, padahal sebenarnya bagian putihnya sehat juga. Kebetulan pas punya semangka daging buah yang warna putih dimanfaatkan untuk bikin sayur. "SAYUR SEMANGKA"/ "WATERMELON SOUP"

# Bahan: 
* Daging buah semangka yang berwarna putih potong * kecil-kecil (dari 1 buah Semangka)
* 1 Ikat Daun Ubi Jalar petik pilih yang muda
* 4 buah Tomat potong-potong
* 6 buah bawang merah rajang
* 4 buah bawang putih rajang
* 6 buah cabe merah keriting rajang (boleh+ cabe rawit kalau suka pedas)
* 2 lbr daun Salam 
* Kaldu jamur bubuk sesuai selera
* Garam & gula sesuai selera
* Air Secukupnya

# Cara Membuat:
1. Tuang air di panci dan didihkan, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, daun salam dan cabe, biarkan sampai menjadi kaldu. 
2. Masukkan daging semangka dan masak sampai empuk.
3. Beri garam, gula, kaldu bubuk, tomat dan daun ubi, aduk rata.
4. Masak sampai matang, koreksi rasa, angkat dan sajikan.
