Tutorial about how to auto-manage your binance portfolio using API key

Hi, all traders,

If you are a Binance trader, you may have a need for recording the portfolio about your transactions and track your profit or assets change. This article is about how to use the API key of Binance to auto manage your portfolio.

### What is an API key?
The API Key is for auto trading or auto tracking the data from your Binance account. With the api, you don’t need to give your account name and password to others to keep your assets safe.

### How to generate the API key?
1 Log in to Binance (www.binance.com) , click the account icon at the top right corner and then click “Account”

2.Find and click “API Setting” at the bottom left corner, and then click API manager

3.Input a tag name which can help you remember which API key is this for, for example “For BitUniverse”.

4.Binance will ask you to finish the 2-step authenticate with a sms code. Submit the code and then you’ll get the API Key.

### How to use the API Key?
Now you can import your portfolio to the apps now. Our app BitUniverse has supported the API Key to record your portfolio.

not really a best practice to give out secrets to a third party... don't do this guys, it's like giving your bank account login data to some app... it works until it doesn't work. they can be the most honest people in the world, but if they get hacked good luck with your money.

yes i agree, in fact, it seems simply providing API Key is enough to view our portfolio, what's that use of giving out our secret key as well?
